S&F 3mm dia PVC coated galvanised mild steel chain link fencing of mesh size 100x100mm fixed with straining bolts including line wire any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing of old serviceable chain link fencing (Chain link fencing obtained from item No 15) including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs steel rolling shutters exc 8.0 sqm but not exc 12.00 sqm, of laths thickness 1.25 mm, with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple erected in position as indicated complete and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer incl taking down existing shutter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L servicing, overhauling, greasing, easing of existing rolling shutters of any area complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thick with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 grams per sqm, fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced transluent corrugated or plain coloured/printed sheeting with two corugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class'B' fly-ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m radius buit in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as a specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old painted surfaces of walls and soffit of chajja, roof slab etc. by using high pressure jet washer including cleaning the surface by scrapping as required using emery paper, putty blade/scraper as applicable for removing loose paint, corrosion, algae formation etc., to make the surface clean and free from dust, for upto 4 storey height including necessary scaffolding, safety and protective measures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old painted surfaces of walls and soffit of chajja, roof slab etc. by scrapping and removing treated surfaces with mechanical wall sander (having vacuum mechanism for suction) having minimum 1500 RPM, sanding pad of 80 grit size having 7"- 9" dia (as required) including cleaning, watering to make the surface clean and free from dust, for upto 4 storey building height including necessary scaffolding, safety and protective measures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 2mm thick wall care putty (in two layers) on old cleaned surfaces of walls, soffits of chajja, roof slab etc, for smooth finish and finishing with two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of suitable exterior primer of approved make using airless spray technology capable of operating single spray gun with hose of adequate length for upto 4 storey building height including necessary scaffolding, safety and protective measures complete all as specified and directed.
