Taking down of split AC/Window AC any size from existing place and placed all ACs to store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and install Split type AC hi wall indoor / outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with 3 star rating of capacity 2 TR with copper tubing condensor all neecessary fixing arrangement and accessories including mounting bracket for outdoor unit, provide insulation tape over the insulation of copper tubes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install Split type AC hi wall indoor / outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with 4 star rating of capacity 1.5 TR with copper tubing condensor all neecessary fixing arrangement and accessories including mounting bracket for outdoor unit, provide insulation tape over the insulation of copper tubes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for voltage stabilizer (including taking down) for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 150-290 volt with output voltage stabilized at 230-240 volt with accuracy of +/- 2.5% for capacity 5 KVA.

Supply & Fixing of sheet metal enclosure single pole and netural with a two pin and earth metal plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 240 Volts 20 Amps

Supply & Fixing submain wiring with 2 Runs of 4 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded, FRLS, 1100 volts, copper conductor cable drawn in and including 25/32 mm wide PVC casing and caping with all accessories such as tees, elbows, junction box, reducers etc as reguired along with 1 run of 4 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/Distribution Board and testing on completion including taking down old submain wiring of any type with conduit complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 3 runs of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded copper conductor cable and 1 run of PVC casing/ caping 25 mm/ 32mm wide shall be measured as single run.

M&L for rendering brick work/cement block for closing window AC slot of size approx 700mm x 600mm including 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra finished fair and even & prepairng new plastered or unplastred surfaces of walls and applying two coats of painting as per existing paint/colour over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
