Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and upto height of 1.5 above ground/bed level.

Plain cement concrete m-15 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres below ground level and/or 1.50 metres above ground/bed level.

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works.

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine aggregate)

12mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix - 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine aggregate)

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface , etc.complete - on steel work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content - with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams / litre

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. - Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.- in cement mortar

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness

Providing, hoisting and fixing precast R.C.C cover slabs for drain (upto plinth level) of length varying upto 1.80 m and varying thickness from 100 mm to 200 mm including the cost of required centring, shuttering and finishing smooth with neat cement punning on the exposed surfaces but excluding cost of reinforcement , with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). The rate is inclusive of all taxes.

Disposal of unserviceable materials like debris, scarified road material, building material etc from the site within an average lead upto 10 km. The rate including incidental charges and loading charges on the PWD yard/road side, low lying area etc, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(The disposal point should be identified by the contractor itself.
