Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams , staircases, landing,chajjas and similar suspended work.

M & L for providing 75 mm thick PCC type C 1, 1 : 3 : 6, (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in flooring and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 25 mm thick PCC type B-1, 1 : 2 : 4, (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as on RCC slab roof and finishing surfaces and complete

M & L for providing PCC type C 1, 1 : 3 : 6, (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 with WPC as per manufacturer instruction complete. (WPC shall be measured and paid seprately)

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (Make : Sika Latex Power)

M & L for providing, cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges

M&L for providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surfaces with super thermo APP modified water froofing membran comprssing of following for non-approachable roof:- (i) Removal of existing roof treatment and cleaning sweeping and washing and down with water to remove all dust etc from plastred roof surfaces/wall and filling of crack with sealing compound etc. (ii) Bitumen based primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 at 0.30 kg per sqm. (iii) One layer of super thermo APP modified water proofing membran with non polyster reinforcement of Make (M/S STP texsa Ltd/hyperplus membrane of M/S IWL India Ltd. M/S STP and Tikki Tar Ltd ) 3mm thick and minimum weight @ 3.50 Kg/sqm laid with gas torch and fasted on roof surfaces with roller. The over laps shall be sealed by flame including vertical surfaces after cutting necessary grooving and making good with PCC gola 1:2:4 type B1 etc adhere to bitumen all as per manufacturer instructions. (iv) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm per coat over bitumen layers as per manufacturer instruction (application including side lap overlaps shall be provided not less than 10cm and jointed sealed with torch as per manufacturer instruction specification.

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors and connecting with manholes or disposal place.

S & F 110mm dia bore PVC (SWR) bends with access door all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to lengh bent to shape required incl cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and incl ms wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete.

M&L form work to sides and soffits of beam, lintels, shelves, chajjas etc complete.

M&L RCC Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone agg) as in beams, cantilevers, lintels over 1.5 m span complete.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers on external surfaces on brick/concrete in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC. Note :- WPC measured and paid separatly

M & L for two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer incl preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M & L for application of epoxy bonding primer for old to new concrete bonding ( sikadur-32LP) as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sika or equivalent.

M & L one coat of cement base paint white or tinted on walls or fascia of roof or chajjas on new or old decorated prepared plastered/painted surfaces of bldg complete all specified & directed.

M & L for machine pressed chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick with grey cement and pigment over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M & L for vitrified double charge tiles light shed 10 mm thick ( square or rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm each in floors etc. set and jointed with cement and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM 1:4 complete.
