Taking down existing Ceiling fan exhaust fan, wall fan of any type carefully from any differnt location for repair and kept safely and refixing the same after repair, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Necessary T&P such as ladder, helper etc shall be arranged by the contractor.(Repairs & spares shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of sch 'A')

Material and labour for winding of motor of 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan of any make with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge (Approx wt of copper winding wire per fan 350 to 500 gms) including cutting and getting out old burnt winding, sleeve work, varnishing with E class insulation varnish, threading, connections with twin core copper flexible wire of size 0.5 Sqmm of length not more than one meter with each fan including white synthetic enamel spray painting of fan and blade after rewinding complete all as specified and directed. Make of winding wire : New India/ Jindal/ Devidyal/ HTP Make of varnish : Doctor brand or equivalent. Make of Copper flexible wire : Plaza/Finolex/Kalinga Notes : (i) Other spares shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch ‘A’. (ii) Old burnt wire shall be contractor’s property and necessary credit shall be recovered as per credit schedule. (iii) All repair/rewinding work will be carried out in MES Store yard/work shop only and mark the CA No with repair/rewinding date on the fan before handing over to the department and maintain the proper handing/taking record with date. Any fan repair/rewinding by contractor and found defective within waranty period i.e one year from the date of repair/rewinding the contractor will repair/ rewinding the same without any extra cost. (iv) Contractor will return the fan after rewinding and testing within 4 days from the date of taken over, if not a panelty @ rate of Rs 50/ fan per day will be charged.

Supply & fixing in renewal fan blades (Set of three) made of aluminum suitable for 1200mm sweep ceiling fan of any make to match with existing colour with set of screws for one ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in renewal Fan blades (Set ot three) for 1400mm sweep ceiling fan made out of Aluminium suitable for any make with existing colour for one ceiiling fan with set of screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in renewal blades (set of three) for 300/380mm sweep exhaust fan made out of metal suitable for any make with existing colour with set of screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in renewal blades (set of three) of 450mm sweep exhaust fan made out of metal suitable for any make with existing colour with set of screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in renewal fan blades made of metal suitable of any make, sweep size with existing colour of table fan/pedestral fan etc with set of screws complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fixing in renewal fan blades made of PVC suitable of any make, sweep size with existing colour of cabin fan/wall fan etc with set of screws complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fixing in renewal of cover outer/inner suitable for any make , 450 mm sweep size with existing colour of cabin fan/ wall fan/air circulator fan made of GI with PVC coated etc with set of screws and tightening clip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in renewal of cover outer/inner suitable for any make , 600 mm sweep size with existing colour of cabin fan/ wall fan/air circulator fan made of GI with PVC coated etc with set of screws and tightening clip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in renewal of super quality louver shutters made out of aluminium for 450 mm sweep exhaust fan of any make complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 28 here-in-before but for 300/ 380 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in renewal down rod (of length not less than 45cm and not more than 60cm) made out of heavy grade M. S. pipe with necessary threading at both ends, holes as required painted to match with existing colour with hanging clamp for ceiling fan 1200/ 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in renewal down rod (of length not less than 75mm and not more than 90cm) made out of heavy grade M. S. pipe with necessary threading at both ends, holes as required painted to match with existing colour with hanging clamp for ceiling fan 1200/ 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in renewal of fan motor of PVC fresh air fan as per sample with existing colour suitable for 280/300 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for serviceability check of ceiling fan of any size any make which includes the following:- (a) Functioning of the Fan. (b) Cleaning of Fan (c) Mechancal check i.e tightening of loose screw, nuts, bolts proper oiling after opening of strip and refix (d) Electrical check i.e Checking of connections Note:- (i) The above job shall be carried out by a trained electrician having ITI in elect, documentary proof of the education of tradesman shall be produced. (ii) Spare parts reqd to be replaced shall be paid under respective items as supplied and fixed (iii) Necessary T&P such as ladder, helper shall be contractors responsibility (iv) The above job will be carried out in entire Chandimandir Cantt and necessary documents showing qtr No, Bldg No supported with user sign shall be prepared by contractor as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Labour only for serviceability check of exhaust fan of any size any make which includes the following:- (a) Functioning of the Fan. (b) Cleaning of Fan after taking down. (c) Refixing of fan and mechancal check i.e tightening of loose screw, nuts, bolts (d) Electrical check i.e Checking of connections Note:- (i) The above job small be carried out by a trained electrician having ITI in elect, documentary proof of the education of tradesman shall be produced. (ii) Spare part reqd to be replaced shall be paid under respective items as supplied and fixed (iii) Necessary T&P such as ladder, helper shall be contractors responsibility (iv) The above work handover to contractor as and when site suggested by Engineer-in-Charge and should be completed within three days after issue of work site, failing which penalty charges @ 100/- per day shall be recovered

Supply & fixing in renewal upper & lower canopy (set of two) made of good quality PVC with tightening screws of required size for any make of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.
