REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF B/R RELATED WORKS OF FIRING RANGE AND OTHER MISC WORKS IN TECH AREA AT AF STN PURNEA UNDER AGE (I) (AF) PURNEA

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1(cement):4(sand), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dura tuff PCC coloured tiles of size (300 x 300) x 10mm thick with chequered finish, laid in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete (glossy finish) tile 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with and including 20 mm thick screed bed cement mortar 1(Cement):6(Sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles; complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m radius in cement mortar 1(cement):4(Sand) as in brick work/brick pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and rubbish off from site of work, complete all as specified and directed.
