REPAIR, MAINT AND SERVICES OF DG SET, REPLACEMENT OF LT PANEL AND CONNECTED MISC ITEMS AT MIL STN KALKA, MEHTAB MAJRA AND PARWANOO UNDER GE (I) JUTOGH

M&L for Servicing of DG Set (Make: Ashok Leyland) of capacity 30 kVA, checking entire system as per manufacturer's catalogue such as checking all parts for serviceability, taking down defective parts such as fuel filter assembly, by pass filter assembly, lube oil filter assembly, air cleaner assembly etc and replacing the same with same size, make and capacity of parts, Cleaning all the serviceable filters and draining out the old used engine oil from the oil sump and cleaning oil sump, refilling new engine oil of required grade up to required level including checking of control panel, tightening of loose connections and testing to DG Set to the entire satisfaction, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Minor items like nut, bolts, lugs, cloths, cotton etc shall be included in quoted rates. (ii) Spare parts/ Engine oil/ filters shall be measured and paid for separately under successive items here-in-after. However, labour charge are deemed to be included in item rate above.
