M&L for taking out alternator assembly from the base of DG set incl disconnection of cable for carrying out routine maint /major repair at installation in the following phase of work for 160/125/100 KVA DG set make Kirlosker Electric. Dismantling of alternator assembly removing of all dust carbon particle etc from field coil/stator assembly rotor armature assembly exitor unit using carbon Tetra Chloride & blowing of forced air .ii)Carrying out varnishing and heating of field /stater coil and rotor /armature assembly using class ‘’E/H’’ as application insulating varnish (Dr BECK ) including necessary partial replacement of insulting materials viz .insulated cotton type fibre glass tape, empire tubes of different size insulating board /packing/separator materials all as required and as directed by engineer in charge as per existing arrangement iv)Assembling of complete alternator assembly and testing after coupling with phone (Note –i) The requirement of spare parts assessed shall be paid separately under respective items .ii) Cost of Labour for dismantling overhauling & reassembling of alternator including varnishing heating)

M&L for taking out unserviceable battery charging alternator and carrying out repair/overhauling of alternator for 160/125/100 KVA DG set including replacement of following spare parts and refixing ,testing complete .i) Armature -01 ii) Field coil -01 No iii) Carbon Brushes -01 set iv) Carbon Rocker -01 No. complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.59 above but 82.5 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning the internal surfaces of volage stabilizer of size 75 KVA to 120 KVA single/3 phase to free from dust/sediments/rust, removing transformer oil (where ever exists) filtering and refilling, refixing the barrier assembly including connecting all electric/electroni/mechanical components, testing and commissioing complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

All as per item No.61 above but for 400 KVA voltage stabilizer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the input/output electric supply of size From 75 KVA to 120 KVA single/3 phase and Neutral AC 50Hz/single phase conections, removing the cover for taking out defective transformer including disconnecting connected electri/electronic/mechanical components complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in- Charge.

All as per item No.63 above but for 400 KVA voltage stabilizer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out/removing the defective barrier assembly from the volatage stabilizer of size 75 KVA to 120 KVA manually/using chain pully block, transporting to workshop, removing the burnt windings cleaning and rewinding, with existing size super enamelled copper wire, varnishing, heating and transporting to site for refixing for supply only 05 KVAR capacitorcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in- Charge. Make : Siemens/Epcos/ABB Note : Old burnt copper winding will be measured and issued to contractor under Sch of credit.

All as per item No.65 above but for 400 KVA voltage stabilizer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair/Maint of APFC Panel of Capacity 75 KVAR to 100KVAR after disconnecting all connections for fault, finding/trouble shooting and carryout necessary repairing works by replacing the defective spare parts, complete all as specified and as directed.
