Taking down carefully old point wiring (light, fan, socket, bell point or power point) complete including unserviceable fixtures like switches sockets, holders, ceiling roses etc removing from site and keeping in safe custody for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of wall /ceiling with cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) and distempering / white washing to match the existing surface complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down carefully old fittings like FTL, PL, CFL, LED luminaires removing from site and keeping unserviceable fixtures etc in safe custody for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of wall /ceiling with cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) and distempering / white washing to match the existing surface complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Empty Box / Bus Bar Chamber / DB’s of any capacity with MCCB's or MCB fixed on wall and making good disturbed surfaces of wall / floor with cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) and distempering / white washing to match the existing surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for refixing of FTL, PL, CFL, LED luminaires (serviceable fixtures retreived from item no. 1) after cleaning the old luminaires by mild cleanser and making good disturbed surfaces of wall /ceiling with cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) and distempering / white washing to match the existing surface complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Replacement of connecting cable is deemed to be included in this rate.

M&L for point wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade with one single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper cable(FRLSH) of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor (as per colour code), drawn through in and including PVC concealed conduit (medium grade)of size 25 mm with all accessories such as bend, elbow, tee etc and making grooves in any type of brick wall/ ceiling, plastering and making good disturbed surfaces as per existing and connected to common earth dolly, sunk type metal box for housing / mounting the modular switch sockets with mounting plate / cover plate complete all as specified and directed for the following items :-

(a) One light point controlled by one no one way 6 Amps switch complete.

(b) One fan point controlled by one no one way 6 Amps switch complete.

(c) One calling bell point controlled by one no 5 Amps bell push switch complete.

(d) One 6 Amps socket outlet point on the same board with other switches complete

(e) One 6 Amps switch socket combination point on independent board complete

All as per item No.6 here-in-before but with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) of size 2.5 Sq 1100 volts grade and one single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor (FRLSH) of size 2.5 Sqmm 1100 Volts grade as earth continuity conductor (as per colour code) including PVC concealed conduit (medium grade)of size 25 mm with all accessories such as bend, elbow, tee etc for 15 Amps switch socket combination point on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs to modular switch single pole one way, 6 Amp, AC,230 V all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs to modular bell push, 6 Amp, AC,230 V all as specified and directed.
