Labour charges for Chipping the spalled and detoriated cover concrete, cracked mortars, etc., using mechanicla / manual tools and removing the loose particles and dust until to reach a sound surface and removing the debris and dumping at nominated locations including leadand lift.

Providing shear connectors by drilling the required dia holes of 8mm to 16mm dia and depth of 80mm to 160mm in roof, beam, column, slab wherever required using electrically operated hammer drilling machine and cleaning the hole. Mix the resin and hardener of the polyester resin anchor grout Lakfix and filling into the prepared holes. Inserting necessary dia of steel rod to a required length in to the hole as per site condition and allow the same to set for 20 to 30 minutes as per the recommendations and complete.

Labour, machinery and welding charges of existing and new steel reinforcement of required lap length as per site condition to the main and distributer reinforcement of structural members wherever required and complete. .

Cleaning the reinforcement bars including dismantling the damaged concrete and all dust, including removing all loose scale and corrosion deposits by wire brush and necessary tools and plants including applying a coar of mixture of resin and the epoxy hardener (anticorrosive zinc coating) over a coat of Nitozinc primer in the prepared area and reinforcement.
