Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded & solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of serial item No.2 here in before but except stone. NOTE: Old serviceable stones/brick retrieved vide Sl Item no 1.00 shall be reused.

Extra over stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed block etc including weathering slightly, rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from stone / brick wall, ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on stone masonry wall on external surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on stone masonry wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on ceiling surfaces finished, even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and directed.

Dubbing out average 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on irregular faces of walls or concrete chajjas etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match with the shade of tile laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 6 to 7mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, on vertical surfaces of wall such as dados, skirtings etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match with the shade of tile over and including 10mm thick screed plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring of size 550mm x 550mm 18-22mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 18-20mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & mirror polishing in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over & including cement screed 10mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor complete all as specified and directed. (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and no pigments as in floor set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 20mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured designer polished (reflecting type) interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment with coloured top laid over & including 50 mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling stone slab in roofs, suspended floors, chhajja, landing etc any thickness, jointed in any mortar complete all as specified &directed

M&L for 50 mm thick sand stone slabs in sunshades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, etc n.exc 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:4 over 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggreage) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for 18/19mm thick block board grade-II quality exterior grade with decorative type with decorative face veneer on one face fixed complete including teak wood lipping 19x6mm thick fixed with nails in shelves, partion and palmet boxes, shelves, almirah book cases, toilet boxes, racks, cup board and similar work including taking down of old boards, complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 140 mm long aluminium alloy body door stopper fixing on door complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs kitchen sink with drainage board overall size not less than 495x429, bowl size 410x 330x 160mm made of stainless steel 1.00 mm thick with plugs, washers and waste including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and applying a coat of hot blown bitumen, 85/25 grade to plastered surfaces @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm and applying polyethene film black 50 micron thick, laid in floors over sunken floor slab and embedded in side wall/coved fillet, complete, all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.
