Servicing / Maintenance of passenger lifts G+3 (06 Nos) (Make Escon Elevators) by topping up oil in gear box and railing, and greasing all required parts, cleaning of car top and lift pit, electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device installed, on the following points including checking, tightening of all nut, bolts , electric connection, alignment of rope, greasing as required, also diagnosing the fault as and when occurred by replacing the unserviceable parts like main microprocessor card, main relay card, contactor , landing roller, brake shoe, In centring roller, landing lock, car gate lock, door shoe, landing gate complete lock with roller, pickup cam, limit switch, read switch, VVF4 formator, air cord, landing/car door formator, formator belt, formator cam, door motor, ARD battery including taking out to old U/S parts and fixing of new parts, connecting, testing, commissioning and making lift in serviceable condition in minimum possible time all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 1.00 & 2.00 : - (i) The above Maintenance shall be done through only E-in-C Branch's approved OEM rep or authorised agent of OEM ie M/S Kone india/ M/S Schindler India Pvt Ltd/ M/S Kinetic Hyundai Elevators movement tech ltd/M/S Hitachi lifts India Pvt Ltd/M/S Mitsubhishi elevator India Pvt Ltd/M/S Otis elevator company india ltd/M/S Fujitech India Pvt Ltd/ M/S Johnson lifts Pvt Ltd/ M/S Thyssenkurupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd / M/S Omega elevators/ M/S ESCON Elevators Pvt Ltd/ M/s LT Elevators Pvt Ltd/ IES Elevators or any other OEM approved by E-in-C's branch (ii) The contractor shall submit MOU on prescribed proforma (given in particular specifications) and copy of Annual Maintenance Contract (With machine Nos of each lift) from OEM on stamped paper (minimum Rs. 100/-) within two weeks of acceptance of tender, irrespective of whatever mentioned elsewhere in tender documents, failing which the award shall be cancelled and an amount equal to performace security shall be deposited by the defaulting contractor through MRO. Issue of tender shall remain suspended till the aforesaid amount equal to the Earnest Money is deposited in Government Treasury. (iii) Sucessful bidder/ contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper duly Notarised, as per specified Performa. (iv) All the spare parts of the Lift shall be purchased from OEM or his authorised distributor. (v) Any spare parts such as gear oil, brake or any other item required to be replaced during the period of contract in any lift shall be replaced by the contractor within the cost of this item. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (vi) In case of any fault, lift to be made functional within next 24 hours of intimation. Otherwise penalty of Rs.2000/- per day per lift to be imposed for the unserviceability period beyond 24 hours. (vii) Periodical maintenance/service shall be carried out as per performa given in Particular specification.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of lift car including doors and applying two coats of super enamelled paint of approved quality & colour with spray gun over complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of all machineries including all motors, gear box LT electric panel board and connected accessories installed at lift room, applying two coats super enamelled paint of approved quality & colour with spray gun over complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting electric motor of capacity 15/20 HP from lift, taking motor to workshop for rewinding/repair opening of motor, taking out burnt winding wire and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable size/ gauge & turns as per compatibility of capacity of motor including proper insulation, heat varnishing , drying with proper heat , re-assembling electric motor, taking motor to lift machine room, connecting with lift and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of the car door for opening 1200 mm wide telescopic side opening G+3 lift (Make Escon) with car header and door formator including 1.2 mm 18 gauge 304 grade stainless steel door panel in moon rock finish lift of Escon with header and door with lock complete functional accessories including infrared door curtain sensor/detector consisting of the emitter and receiver, power supply box, flexible cables, relay output 1A, 230 VAC/2A , 30 VDC, operating temperature 20 degree to 85 degree, 154 beams, response time 61 ms, highest beam 1860mm, lowest beam 25mm and protection distance 0 to 5 metres including necessary accessories for fixing sensors complete all as specified and directed. Make : as per MOU submitted .

S & F in replacement of travelling cable 12 core to withstand 1100 Volts from half way junction box to the cabin junction with good quality highly flexible cables for safety circuits, call buttons, position indicators, levelling systems, etc suitable for travelling with car upto machine room complete all as specified and directed. M & L for replacement of infrared door curtain sensor of lift to open it automatically/keep it open until any person or article is in the door, consisting of the emitter and receiver, power supply box, flexible cables, relay and contractor of suitable size, operating temperature 20 degree to 85 degree, 154 beams, response time 61ms, highest beam 1860mm, lowest beam 25mm and protection distance 8 to 5 meters including necessary accessories for fixing sensor complete suitable for lift 10 pasenger 680 Kg or 20 Passenger 1360 Kg of Escon complete all as specified and directed

M & L for replacement of ARD (automatic rescue device) panel of lifts, ARD main card input DC voltage 48 VDC output voltage 230 VAC, ARD power card, relay card with relay of suitable size, contactor 220 VAC, Power bank (12 V 12 AH-04 Nos) transformer of capacity 3.5 KVA and necessary cable connection with suitable size of wires and other items required to make ARD panel fully functional, testing on completion all as specified and directed. S&F in replacement of header for landing door of size 1200mm with rollers, spring assembly, lock contacts by dismantling old header and assembling new header with all necessary joining material nuts, bolts, washers, welding, riveting etc required all as specified. Make : As per MOU submitted.

S&F in replacement floor announcing system for lifts with box and speaker fixed on car top for clear sound in car announcing floor number on reaching on concerned floor and playing music while going up and down including all connecting wiring, sensing and all other material required for smooth operation of sound system complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of D locking device assembly complete of lift 10 passenger 680 kg or 20 passenger 1360 kg of landing door and door key for easily open the doorcomplete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in replacement of under ground XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade earthed system of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core conforming to IS laid in trenches in floor, in ducts, through pipe or fixed along the pole complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, and brick protection shall be measured and paid for separately. 2. Rate of necessary lugs, thimbles and jointing material shall be included in unit rate.

Supply & fixing galvanised iron tubes 100mm bore, light grade with & including all fittings fixed to wall/on poles, ceilings and or laid in floors/road crossing etc as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or for laying of cables and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in layers including leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread river sand in trenches as cable cushioning 8 cm below the cables and 15 cm above the cables, punning down to to thickness of 18 cm all as directed. Note : Punned down thickness 18 cm shall be measured.

Material & labour for old size sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) incl necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs Submain wiring with PVC insulated cable copper conductor FRLS four single core16 Sqmm drawn through in and including PVC rigid non metallic medium grade (ISI marked) concealed conduit with all required fittings including earth continuity FRLS two single core copper conductor 16 Sqmm PVC insulated with green insulation compelete all as specified including taking down existing unserviceable/burnt submain. Note: Four Nos of 16 Sqmm single core copper and two run of earth conductor of same size and PVC non-metallic rigid conduit shall be measured as one RM.
