REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT OF SOLAR WATER HEATERS, WATER HEATERS, WINTER APPLIANCES AND ALLIED WORKS AT BHISIANA UNDER GE (AF) BHISIANA

Supply and fixing in replacement (concealed in wall or as directed) single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth (3-pin, 2P+E) plug and socket, designed with IP-54 protection (protection against dust and splashing water), complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 20/25 Amps (C-Curve, 10kA breaking capacity), 240 volts, AC supply complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB any curve as per existing, suitable for 240 volts AC supply, 06-32 Amps, SP with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA, conforming to IEC 60947-2, mounted and connected in the existing distribution board/panel. Including necessary modifications/adjustments for proper fitment in the existing space, termination of incoming and outgoing connections, tightening of all terminals, testing for satisfactory operation and commissioning, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED tube light fitting, 1 × 20/22 Watt, approximately 1200 mm (4 feet) long, complete with co-extruded polycarbonate (PC) body and diffuser, white acrylic cover, environment-friendly, pre-wired, suitable for 230 V AC, 50 Hz, single-phase supply, complete with LED driver, mounting clips, screws and all standard accessories. The item shall include fixing the fitting in position and making electrical connections using suitable size flexible copper conductor cable from the existing wiring/terminal, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects and following specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) Lumen system efficacy of luminaire should be minimum 110 Lumen per watt. (b) Input Voltage range : 140 to 270 volts. (c) Temp operating range : Minus 5°C to Plus 45°C (d) Power factor : Minimum 0.95 (e) THD : Current THD Max10% and voltage THD max 5% (f) IP rating : IP-20. (g) LED Driver of the same make as of the luminaire. (h) LED driver should be complete with all protections viz open/short circuit protection, over voltage protection, all as per standard design of manufacturer. (j) Surge protection minimum 2.5 kV. (k) CCT : Minimum 6000K (l) CRI : Minimum 80 (m) Rated life time : 50000 burning hrs @L70 (Average 10 to 12 hrs daily)

Supply and fixing in replacement of 2.5 sq mm, 3-core, flexible industrial cable having multi-stranded annealed bare copper conductors, PVC insulated and PVC round-sheathed, 1100 V grade, conforming to IS 694:2010 with latest amendments, having black outer sheath and colour-coded inner cores (Red, Black and Green/Yellow), making necessary electrical connections, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of top plug 15/16 Amp, 3 pin complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 1500 W, 240 V AC, ISI-marked heating element, circular/triangular type as required at site, suitable and compatible with the existing geyser, including rubber washers, necessary sealing and fixing accessories, making electrical connections, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 2000 W, 240 V AC, ISI-marked heating element, circular/triangular type as required at site, suitable and compatible with the existing geyser, including rubber washers, necessary sealing and fixing accessories, making electrical connections, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of thermostat switch suitable for 25/35/50 litre capacity geyser, rated for 230 V AC, auto cut type with adjustable temperature range from 0°C to 90°C, suitable and compatible with the existing geyser, necessary fixing accessories and electrical connections, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of inner tank for existing 25-litre geyser, fabricated from heavy-duty stainless-steel sheet with single-weld-line construction, glass-lined/enamel-coated internally, factory-tested hydraulically in accordance with the latest applicable IS code, complete with syphon assembly, 1.5 kW heating element, rubber gasket, thermostat switch and all necessary fittings/accessories, suitable and fully compatible with the existing geyser, including dismantling and refixing of connected components replacement of glass-wool thermal insulation of suitable thickness and density as per the manufacturer's standard, proper fitting and wrapping around the inner tank, making necessary water and electrical connections, testing for leakage and satisfactory operation, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
