S&F of mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia , cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as speicfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for joist, channels, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantelling to brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers laid in roof in any mortar including removing debris including mortar out side defence land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Taking aut APP modified water proofing membrane complete on roof surface and properly cleaned by wire brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - charge .

M&L for cement concrete tiles 20x20x20 mm thick with grey cement and no pigment machine pressed , set jointed and pointed with neat cement slurry in floors ,and cut and polished complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M &L for 15 mm thk screed bed for bedding layer of cement plaster 1:6 mix with liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge, (WPC will be paid seperately)

M&L for preparation of concrete / plastered of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge . ( a) S urface shall be thoroughly wire brushed , cledaned , washed, dried up properly and apply evenly aq bitiminous coat of primer confirming to IS@ 0.4 ltr/sqm over concrete plastered roof surface. (b) Applyingevenly tack coat of bitumin 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/sqm. (c) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet ( min wteight 3 kg /sqm ) consisting of core of 160 gms/ sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE film on dried primed surface by torch application method APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope . the over lape shall be minimum 100 mm on longitudinal direction and 150 mm on the transeverse direction including cutting , grooves etc . (d) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then scaled/ fused by flame. Note :- This treatment shall be done by approved authorised applicators and guarante of treatment shall be of 10

M&L for 2 coat of water proof paint aluminium paint incl preparation of newlt or previously untreated surfaces of any description , over 10 cm width or girth , not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tank setting asides ( or lowering if required ) for repair or cleaning etc and re-hoisting or reconnecting and prefixing in position in complete serviceable condition all as specified and as directed at site ,capacity of tank exc 250 ltr and not exc 500 ltr complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F rotational moulded PVC water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position capacity 500 litre in repair complete all as specified and directed incl dismantling the tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 20 mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plstic ball screw for pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
