Removing the existing sealing compound and widening expansion joint of 25mm to 30mm width in rigid pavement by using joint cutting machine upto a depth of 45mm with cutting blade of appropriate size to make straight and smooth edge and removal of rubbish girt etc using suitable tools including air compressor cleaning concrete debris, washing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the existing sealing compound and widening of construction/dummy joint of 12mm to 15mm width in rigid pavement by using joint cutting machine upto a depth of 31mm with cutting blade of appropriate size to make straight and smooth edge and removal of rubbish girt etc using suitable tools including air compressor cleaning concrete debris, washing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying in position polysulphide (pouring grade) sealant type FB conforming to BS 5212-1990 of approved brand including painting the contact surface of the joints with polysulphide primer of approved brand, including expanded polyethylene armour rod in expansion/construction/dummy joint etc complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for painting taxiway centre line, apron marking etc either continuous or broken lines to the required width with retroreflective water borne acrylic apron/runway making paint with golden yellow/white colour in one or more coats to give uniform finish with WBR paint with airless spray application of high index glass beads having 1.90 reflective index over painted surface including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, scales, oil grease and other materials before application of the paint. The paint shall be cold applied to obtain a dry firm thickness of 300 microns @ 2 sqm per litres including application of drop on glass beads as per Federal specification TTB 1325 type III (density 4.2) by weight (in Gms) @ 525 gms per sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Repairs to the damaged cement concrete pavement using epoxy mortar of Araldite grouting system (flowable) 100 : 50 :400 (100 parts by weight of Araldite GY 267 ,50 parts by weight of Aradur 840 Hardner and 400 parts by weight of quartz sand mix No 10) with necessary primer of 100 : 50, (100 parts by weight and aradur 850 hardner:50 parts by weight of Araldite GY 267) as per manufacturer's instruction using electrically operated concrete cutting machine chipping and levelling bottom, cleaning and removing all loose particle, grease, dust, rubbish and any other foregin materials with necessary liquids and final cleaning with heavy duty compressor etc complete and protecting the area with barricades wherever necessary till operation complete all as specified and as directed.
