Supply , Installation, Testing, Commissioning of 50HP/37KW pump in Kirloskar/ Jyoti or equivalent horizontal split case, suitable to operate on 3 phase 415V and with specifications as under:: i) Total Head in meters 30 mtrs ii) Discharge in M3/HR : 300Cum/hr. iii) Speed in rpm : 1450 iv)Stuffing Box Details :Gland v) Impeller : Closed ( CI ) vi) Pump Size in mm : 150 x 125 vii) Pump Casing : CI viii) Pump Shaft : C-40 The Pump Shall be complete with all accessaries Coupling , Coupling Guard, foundation bolts etc. complete and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply , Installation, Testing, Commissioning of 37KW , 3 phase, 415Volts , Induction motor make Kirloskar /Crompton/ BBL or equivalent , Pole: 6 Pole, RPM:1450-1500RPM, frequency 50 Hz. Complete as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing of MS base frame of suitable size for above 50 HP pump set, complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Shifting, testing and commissioning of electronic type three phase energy meter (KWh), 4 wire, in polycarbonate or sgheet steel body ( base mounting type) with counter display/LCD display with other required accessories and wire as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Supplying at store or site of work including railway freight carting loading unloading stacking etc. Cast iron double flanged manually operated Sluice Valve generally conforming to IS:14846 - 2000 having body door dome wedge in graded cast iron to IS:210 Gr. FG 200 min. four faces and spindle nut of leaded tin bronze to IS:318 Gr. LTB 2 inside screw of non-rising stainless steel AISI 410 spindle flanges drilled to IS:1538 Table 4 & 6.
