Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil/ sandy loam, clay or sand including lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 30 meter including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or upto the space and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 m from the foundation trench

Plain Cement concrete with stone ballast excluding cost of material up to 3 m lift and 60 m lead including mechanical vibration, all labour and T&P etc. (CC 1:3:6 in foundation/M3)

1st class brick work in 1:4 cement coarse sand mortar with all cost of material, labour and T&P etc.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) (Both Side)

M- 150 Class bricks, brick rora at site per cum

Tor Steel reinforcement with Cutting, bending, binding & placing in position of reinforcement including cost of binding wire but excluding cost of steel.

Laying R.C.C 1:1.5:3 with cement coarse sand and stone aggregate (10-20 mm) size including all lift, with cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete for proper completion of work.
