Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6,type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations.

Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq. cm but n exc 250 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality con-forming to Bars Fe-410-W(Grade E-250) Quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165)

All as per item sl No.4 here-in-above but 6mm to 8mm dia Deformed or twisted bars.

Mild steel plain round bars 5 to 10 mm dia as in stirrups, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality con-forming to Bars Fe-410-W(Grade E-250) Quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165)

Mild steel screw (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm long but n exc 15 cm long of 12 mm dia.

Supply and Fix in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Preparation of Painting newly steel Surfaces of any descri-ption, n. exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted priming with red oxide,Zinc chrome and two coats synethetic enamel paint.

Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting to shape as directed and embedding in concrete, screwing, securing bolts, drilling holes notching for wire, flat ironfillets, angle (for securing wire mesh etc.) and similar workconforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed by EIC.

Preparation of Painting newly steel Surfaces exc 10cm in width or girth applying two coats synethetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by EIC.

Dismantling fencing wiremesh, any type as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standereds, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses etc

Supply and Fix framed work FE 410-W (Grade E-250) quality) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other coveringdoors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks or hinges and or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete

Supply and Fix in repair concertain coil of dia 600 mm having 53 turns when streched covers length of 6mtr all as specified and directed by EIC..

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbing off the permises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor & pavings not exceeding 15cm thick below or above ground level.complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22mm thick, as in floor / path, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors, complete all as specified. Make : NITCO/Topaz/Navya/Mehtab/Ultra as approved by GE

M&L for 50mm thick sand cushioning under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified

M&L for 80mm thick factory made machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paver block of M40 grade confirming to IS 15658-2006, made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved shape, size, colour and pattern, including pointed in grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: NITCO/Topaz/Navya/Mehtab/Ultra , as approved by GE.

M&L for Plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4, (using 12.5mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork, complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 20mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound,Grade ‘A’ for thickness of concrete slab 100mm complete all as specified.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound,Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified.
