Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc. 1.5 sq. m each, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.5 sqm but not exc. 4.0 sq. m each, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position and in unframed work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling timber fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section and in unframed work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
