Dismantling of Structures Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per MoRD Specification Clause 202. Carriage of material from quarry / crusher to work site including loading, unloading and stacking all complete. Earth, Sand, Lime, Morrum manure or sludge For 10 Km.

Brick masonry with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth with bricks Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Centering and Shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundation , footings, strap beam, raft , bases of columns etc.

Providing and laying treatment of wear and tear concrete surface with M-40 grade pre-mixed, high performance, curing free, quick setting ready to use cement mortar for repairing of potholes with minimum 25mm depth and without cutting the panel so that traffic can be mobilized in 4 hours. The high-performance ready-mix cement mortar should be curing free and able to achieve compressive strength of 10 Mpa within 4 hours and bond strength of 4.Mpa within 24 hours, non-shrink and non-toxic. (This item is to be used in emergency situation after decided by Engineer-in-charge.)

Removing & Refixing of precast concrete interlocking paving blocks recovered item from site 60 mm to 100 mm thick laid on average 50 mm thick bed of coarse sand joint be filled with fine sand laying procedure on compacted sub base as define etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with all lead and lift.

Removing and Refixing of Pre cast Kerb stone obtained from site and fixing at as per direction of engineer-in-charge over 100 mm thick C.C. 1:4:8 and jointing of kerbs with cement morter 1:4 including cost of loading unloading transporting and curing complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. Mtrs and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
