Overhauling of compressor model FK-5 Make BOCK by step of end covers, cylinder head cylinder connecting rod crank shaft, oil pump side cover of bush bearing etc complete inspective serviceability and unserviceability workout fact in the compressor cleaning the system with nitrogen gas for each defective item including replacement of unserviceable parts and V belt wherever necessary complete all as directed after the pumping down the complete system and collecting the refrigerant into condenser, compressor oil into clean container & disconnecting the compressor from suction & discharge side and including leak testing of compressor after reassembling the parts and charge the refrigerant and testing upto satisfactory cooling performance of the plant as per desired condition. Note :- (i) Spare parts and V belt shall be measured and paid separately as supply. (ii) Old refrigerant (Gas) and compressor oil shall be restored for refilling. Additional compressor oil/Refrigerant (gas) (if required) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. (iii) Metal filling, grinding, polishing(if required), consumable item such as grease cotton waste, misc items such as spring, washer, quarter pin, circlip etc gas and oil filter are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) The rate quoted deemed to including transportation of compressor.

Taking down carefully defective/unserviceable shaft seal assembly and overhauling the one compressor only from existing compressor installed at site and Supply & Fix new shaft seal assembly with imported Carbon ring complete including of oil leak testing at site for the Compressor model FK-5 Make BOCK India Ltd. all as specified and directed.

M & L for Repairs to suction & discharge valve of Compressor model FK-5 Make BOCK India Ltd.by means of replacing the Teflon washer sheet, suction & discharge valve ring, spring, 'O' rings, gaskets etc complete and testing for proper holding of valve, leak testing etc as directed. Note : Each job contains 01 No suction valve and 01 No discharge valve.

Material and labour for cleaning/servicing of cooling tower, natural draught type/FRP type Cooling tower for central AC plant - 36 TR Cap central AC plant including cleaning of wooden louvers by scraping inside and outside, cleaning of water tank, cleaning of nozzles (brass/PVC), arranging refixing in position of all wooden louvers in correct manners and applying one coat of black bituminous paint inside and outside of water tank including replacement of damaged/broken wooden louvers and unserviceable nozzles all as specified and directed. Note : Wooden louvers and nozzles measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item if this schedule.

Material and labour for cleaning/servicing the cooling coil of AHU of capacity 18 TR AC plant by pressure air method with using air blower and cleaning the cooling coil with cleaning solution, cleaning the AHU base tray completely and applying two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide as primer the base tray, including greasing to AHU blower shaft bearing for smooth functioning, cleaning the AHU filter etc all as directed.(V belt if required) Note : V belt shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of section A as supply only.

Material and labour for leak testing of AHU unit Cooling coil of 18 TR AC Plant after pumping down the complete system, isolating the cooling coil from both ends and charging the nitrogen gas for pressure leak test, after detecting leak point, release the nitrogen gas, repairing the leak point by means of soldering/brazing and connecting the cooling coil with system, vaccumised the complete system and charge the refrigerant gas as per required quantity and testing upto satisfactory cooling performance of the plant as per desired condition. Note : Old refrigerant gas restored shall be re filled and additional refrigerant gas if required should be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Material and labour for descaling the condenser unit, shell and tube type by circulating the dielectric hydrochloric acid at the appropriate ratio depending upon the scale deposited till removal inside the copper tube of following capacity of AC plant by means of circulating the descaling chemical through condenser by pressure feeding method after disconnecting condenser water lines, opening the end covers, scraping/ cleaning the condenser water tubings, removing the scales and refixing the dismantled part, end cover with 3mm thick rubber gasket set connecting with the system etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting/ dismantling (electricity & mechanically) the capacity of 5 HP monoblock pump and transporting to work shop, opening the pump motor, cleaning the pump, greasing to bearing/bushes, replace the gland rope, gland nut bolts, opening motor, varnishing to stator winding with class I varnish, heating/ baking the same, greasing to motor bearing, cleaning the rotor and reassembling the same, and two coats of painting to the outer cover or yoke with existing colour, brought back at site, fixing it at its original location with proper alignment connect and testing completely all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting/ dismantling (electricity & mechanically) the 3 phase 440V AC electrical motor of following capacity and transport to work shop opening the motor end cover taking out rotor, taking out burnt stator, rotor and testing with megger for insulation value and reassembling, aligning winding, cleaning the stator and rotor assembly and removing the completely burnt copper winding/rewinding the motor stator with appropriate gauge and turns of synthetically enamelled copper wire using proper insulating material (F-class) varnishing with class I varnish, heating/ baking, cleaning and greasing to bearings, cleaning the rotor, reassembling the motor completely cleaning the complete assembly with CTC, de-carbonizing and total with CTC solution and two coats of painting to the outer cover or yoke with existing colour, including replace ment of piston, piston pin, piston ring set, piston connecting rod assembly complete brought at site, fixing it at its original location with proper alignment connect and testing completely all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Replacement of PVC Nozzles of size 1" x 3/4" for cooling tower.

M&L for disconnecting the electrical connection from the unit and remove the compressor base bolt and nuts etc. Disconnecting suction & discharge pipe line from compressor by using of necessary gas welding properly after closing of shut off valve at condenser as OEM recommendation. Supply and fixing new Sealed compressor unit 5.5 TR of existing model copeland scroll model no. ZR 72 KC or equivalent model of approved make by Engr-in-Charge suitable for 11 TR capacity package type AC plant working on 3 phase 415 volts 50 HZ. reconnecting to suction and discharge copper pipe line by means of brazing by gas welding and electrical control system pipe line by means of brazing by gas welding and electrical control system complete in and including top up of the refrigerant gas and arrest any leakage in system, testing and commissioning complete for satisfactory performance of package AC unit.

Supply & Fix in repair of existing microprocessor based ARTIC controlled board and fixed with new ARTIC board including suitable sensor for package type AC working on 415/230 volts, 50Hz all as directed.

Part-II
