Material and labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers & binders, cut to length, bent to shapes required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering with cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm & 5mm) seperately mixed with water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this schedule.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
