Supply, fixing and errecting in true vertical position of steel tubular swaged pole swan neck type single arm 11 mtr long with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55, conforming to IS-1678 including painting with anti corrosive black bituminous paint internally complete and externally up to planting depth and exposed portion with Aluminium paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down of old unserviceable / damaged pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Excavation and earth work, PCC for foundation and coping shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ)

M & L for GI Stay assembly set comprising of 14 mm dia 400 mm iron stay bow, 2150 mm long stay rod 20 mm dia, stay plate 300 x 300 x 6 mm thick complete with all aceessories as shown in electric plate no 1 of MES schedule Part I, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work, PCC, loop type insulator, galvanized stay stranded wire will be measured separately.

Surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm depth and averaging 15 cm depth and getting out in soft / loose soil including clearing away all grass and vegetation saplings, shrubs, bushes, undergrowth roots and removing rubbish up to a distance n. exc. 50 mtrs outside the periphery of the transformer/ 2 pole /4 pole structure/ feeder pillar area, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The contractor will ensure that no vegetation should grow during the contract period on the area so excavated.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made & tested including CPRI type test certified) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) out door type mounted on angle iron frame of size 40mmx40mmx6mm, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars of rating 300 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulator. The panel shall be of dust and vermin proof with gable roof, IP-65 class protection with and including made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front & back side opening type with apron for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provision of 65mm Godrej lock with two keys) complete with internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size of wire (but not less than 2.5 Sqmm) with and including the following provisions:-

(c) M&L for construction of platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 15 cm thick as in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding in PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be constructed in such manner that it will be 60 cm above from the nearest road level. Drawing and size of platform will be provided by Engr-in-charge.
