Cable laying D/C in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide including supply of required material as fine sand, 1st class bricks, stone slab. (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except XLPE cable). Spare cable shall be left and burried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends. Cable laying work includes unrolling, cutting, making rings and sealing both ends of the cable.
Dismantling of 33/11 KV 5 MVA power transformer from T/F plinth and drag to safe place in switch yard after opening of jumpers of HV side, LV side 11 kV cable of 5 MVA T/F and earthing strip of T/F neutral bracket & 11 KV cable stand. Including draining oil from radiator if required (Clean Oil drum arrange by contractor)
Opening & Dehoisting of existing 11 KV cable hoist cable on Switchgear & Cable stand
Dismantling and reinstalling of netural stand & Cable Stand with grouting and plinthing
Hoisting of 11 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE Cable at cable stand and in 11 KV VCB Pannel with complete work
Safe Carriage of 5 MVA T/F from site to Lucknow Store / other safe place within 50 KM including unloading.
Erection, commissioning and complete Testing of 10 MVA T/F with mounting of radiators & conservator tank, filling of T/F oil, Jumpering of new installed T/F with 1x630 sq. mm PVC Cable, Lugs and other associated work .(All materials shall be provided by contractor except 10 MVA T/F)
Connecting 10 MVA Power Transformer to 33 KV & 11 KV line & jumpering by 1x630 Sqmm. cable including with fixing of connector & Al. lugs (Required connectors, Copper Bond, PG clamps & Al. lugs will be provided by contractor).
11 KV High Pressure Testing
Welding of riser strip with boring type earthing to transformer body & transformer neutral with G.I Strip 50x6 mm .(All materials shall be provided by contractor)
