Demolition of Un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thick.

Earth work excavation in hard/ dense soil in trenches width and depth not exceeding 1.50 m and getting out.

Material and labour for M-Sand filling in foundation including watering and consolidation.

M & L for P.C.C 1:3:6, C-1 type using 20mm graded aggregated in foundation, grouting of steel structures.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 20mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M & L for Brick work built in CM.1:6 using Sub-Class “B” Bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius .

M & L for plastering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work and concrete surfaces.

M & L for R.C.C A1 Type, 1: 1.5: 3 M20, 20mm graded aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, column, beam, plinth beams, roof slab etc., complete all as directed by EIC.

M & L for form work to side of RCC Member such as columns, pillars roof beam and roof slab etc., in square, rectangular or polygonal and the finishing shall be of fair finished surface.

Supply and fixing of twisted MS Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spiraling for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS Wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Supply and Fixing of precast man hole cover slab with necessary base for sitting the slab intack complete all as directed by EIC

M & L for precast cover slab type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate, CM 1:4 for Drain and collection chambers.

Supply and fixing of stainless steel 304 grade hand rail top rail 50mm dia,stiffner 20mm, 32mm square bar with wall thickness 1.2mm with nessesary flanges,holding clamps with complete buffing and polishing all complete and as approved and as directed by EIC

Supply and fixing of Cement concrete Tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick with grey cement and pigment machine pressed with screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 , 15mm thick and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut polished.

Material and Labour for Soling(or sub base)of 200mm thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone,inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber.

Material and Labour for providing water bound Macadam Using granite, trap or basalt of 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required all complete as directed by EIC

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc.,sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10kg per 10 metre square.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam using 4% binder content by weight of total mix laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using paving bitumen any penetration. Consolidated thickness more than 75mm.

Material and labour for Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber, gradient complete using paving bitumen. The mixture is to be premixed in central hot mix plant, screening, sorting and spreading with self propelled mechanical paver consolidation with power and vibratory rollers of 80 to 100KN static weight to achieve specified value of compaction.The static roller of 8-12 tonne capacity shall be used for rolling the finished layer to have a uniform surface as per the direction of the EIC.

M & L for laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflecting glass beads of 250Gms per Sq.m area thickness 2.5mm is exclusive of surfaces applied glass beads as per IRC35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete as per the MORTH specification.

Supply and Fixing of two way acrylic road studs as per guidelines approved by IRC using necessary nailing, drilling, fixing using adhesives etc.

ENAMEL PAINT ON PLASTERED SURFACE: M&L for rendering synthetic enamel paint of two coats over fair finished plaster/concrete surface over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surface Make:Asian/Berger (OR) Suitably Equivalent Make.

Returning / refilling of soil / loose including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm.

Material and labour for 09.00 metre octagonal poles with foundation type base plate & foundation bolts (M24*700/750mm - 4 Nos complete with base plate (250*250*16 MM) FE-410 conforming to IS 226/IS 2062, final taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws double arm Bracket type. The poles shall be hot galvanised as per relevant indian standard with average coating thickness of minimum 65 micron. The pole shall have door of approximate 500 mm at the elevation 500 mm from the base plate. The door shall be vandal resistance and shall be weather proof to ensure safety of inside connections. Bakelite sheet with one 6 A SP MCB and 16 SQ mm stud type connector inside the pole at door opening for cable connection . The door shall be flush with exterior surface and shall have suitable locking arrangement. There shall be suitable arrangement for the purpose of earthing. The pole shall be adequently strengthened at the location of the door to compensate for the loss in section.
