(c) Air System: every 50hrs/1 month wichever is earlier (i) Clean pre Cleaner dustpan weekly (ii) Check Air cleaner restriction clean/change cleaner element if required. (d) Cooling system: Check coolent level

M&L for carring out periodical maintanence on 320 KVA Diesel genaratorsets installeed near CT Scan AICTS complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge with and including the followings:- (a) To check (every 250 Hrs/Every 6 month) (i) Repeat 'A' Lubrication (ii) Changing Engine Oil (iii) Record oil pressure. (b) Fuel system : (i) Check Hydrulic Governor oil. (ii) Check throttle linkage.(iii) Lubricant Ball joints of the throttle linkage of Hydrulic Governor. (iv) Change of Fuel filter. (v) Clean fuel tank breather.. (c) Air System: (i) Clean / Change cranckcase Breather. (ii) Check Air Pipings/durettes (d) COOLING SYSTEM: (i) Check coolant in radiator.(ii) Add coolant concentrate if required(maintaining pH value in between 7.5 to10.5) (iii) Check heat exchanger zinc (sacrificial Anode) plugs.(iv) Jet Spray washing and descaling with chemical of Radiator Note: Coolant oil, Engine oil and spare parts utilised will be measured and paid separatly.

M&L for locating fault/testing of LT UG Cable of any size with the help of cable fault locating machine including taking shut down and opening the cable from both side of Bus Bar Panel/LT Panel/MCCB/ACB/Transformer etc and re-terminating the same cable in the same Bus Bar Panel/LT Panel/MCCB/ACB etc according to existing system after pinpointing of faut location necessary excavation and taking out of faulty cable for repair/ replacement of joint, relaying of cable, cable cover refilling of soil and removal of surplus soil etc at site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The joint shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. The qty of item will be executed at different times during currency of contract as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Hence, contractor shall quote his rate accordingly for arranging fault locating machine and executing the items accordingly. (ii) Fault should be detected and rectified within 08 hrs from intimation (with any means) to contractor. If contractor fails to detect & rectify rectify the fault within 08 Hrs, a penalty after 08 Hrs should be made to contractor at the rate of Rs 500 per hour. (iii) The quoted rate is included for the fault locating machine.

BFC will be poured in Slurry form in properly mixed condition including fixing Earth Pit Cover Square 300X300X240mm to be provided to cover the Earth Pit, The Earth pit Cover shall be made of Reinforced FRP and should be capable of carrying the weight of 5 tons complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
