(i) 20 KVA UPS -06 Nos (II) 30 KVA UPS-01 Nos

(iii) The contractor shall attend the urgent complaints of UPS on receipt at any time round the clock including Sunday and Holiday and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rates quoted. The penalty for non attending the complaints of UPS upto six hrs shall be Rs. Rs.1000/- per day.

Note : (i) The cost of all defective /userviceable spare parts/items required to be replaced is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor (ii) The cost of transportation (to and fro), skilled manpoer and other necessary equipment shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job at site only and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (iii) TThe contractor shall attend the urgent complaints of OT light on receipt at any time round the clock including Sunday and Holiday and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rates quoted. Supply, installation,in replacement and repair of CPRI Approved outdoor LT panels minimum size (1.2 X 1X 0.5)m suitable for AC 440 V , 50 HZ supply, with bus bar chamber and cable ally on both side, IP-54 and all as per IE rules fabricated with 3.0 mm CRCA double door type (Front side ; out side with main panel door and inside with compartmentlised door for each cubicle ) (Rear side main panel door and inside bolted door for each cubicle) Sheet for load bearing members and 2 mm thick for doors and covers and shall be powder coated with 7-tank process on all internal and external surfaces. The door shall be provided with concealed hinges and with brazing wherever required to avoid deformation and shall be earthed. All the door shall have heavy duty door locks, and shall be sealed with neoprene gaskets. The LT Panel shall be IP 55, outdoor type weather , dust and vermin proof having canopy type tapered roof self-standing type as per approved GA diagram. Panels shall have lifting hooks and base channel of size 40 X40 X5 mm The LT Panel shall be complete with bus bars, wiring, cabling of proper ratings (not less than 1.5 times the rating of respective switchgears, control gear etc.) for inter connection between switch gear, control gear, metering , safety relays, indicators etc. as per the approved single line diagram. The LT Panel shall have proper arrangement for termination of all incoming and out goings cables. All the bus bars shall be supported on epoxy supports

M&L for locating fault/testing of LT UG Cable of any size with the help of cable fault locating machine including taking shut down and opening the cable from both side of Bus Bar Panel/LT Panel/MCCB/ACB/Transformer etc and re-terminating the same cable in the same Bus Bar Panel/LT Panel/MCCB/ACB etc according to existing system after pinpointing of faut location necessary excavation and taking out of faulty cable for repair/ replacement of joint, relaying of cable, cable cover refilling of soil and removal of surplus soil etc at site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The joint shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. The qty of item will be executed at different times during currency of contract as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Hence, contractor shall quote his rate accordingly for arranging fault locating machine and executing the items accordingly. (ii) Fault should be detected and rectified within 08 hrs from intimation (with any means) to contractor. If contractor fails to detect & rectify rectify the fault within 08 Hrs, a penalty after 08 Hrs should be made to contractor at the rate of Rs 500 per hour. (iii) The quoted rate is included for the fault locating machine.

Supply and installation and commisioning of chemical earthing with Earthing Electrode 17.2mm Copper Bonded Earthing Electrode 3mtr In length Copper bonding thickness will be minimum 250microns Electrode must be tested for Short Circuit Test of minimum 40kA at CPRI / NABL.bore will be fill with BFC Compound, The BFC is carbide based having very high electrical conductivity.BFC having high moisture retaining capacity. BFC is hygroscopic, nonmagnetic and non-corrosive in nature and is ROHS Compliant, The Earthing electrode will be placed in the ground after a bore is drilled 120mm dia to the depth of 3.5mtr,The Bore drilling will be done with the help of Pneumatic boring machine.50KG BFC will be placed in the bore to cover the Earthing rod from all sides. BFC will be poured in Slurry form in properly mixed condition including fixing Earth Pit Cover Square 300X300X240mm to be provided to cover the Earth Pit, The Earth pit Cover shall be made of Reinforced FRP and should be capable of carrying the weight of 5 tons complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm with fixing of pole by mean of nut bolt and waher etc of suitable size for Loop earthing purpose etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F earthing marker made out of 3mm thick MS sheet of size(300X 300)mm ( as approved by Engr-in-charge) duly painted with two coats black paint over a coat of red oxide primer, writing ( type of earthing) and mentioned the Nos of earthing and mounted on angle iron 40x40x3mm, angle height 45 cm, ( 30 cm below ground level ) with PCC 20 cm x 20cm x 20 cm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable MCB/MCCB TP/TPN from existing LT panel board and Supply and fix in repairs MCCB TP/FP 200 amps capacity ,Adjustable Thermal Magnetic, rup capacity 36 KA at 415 volt 50 Hz AC supply including necessary modification in panel board if required to fix the MCCB complete with replacement of brunt lugs and wire/cable pieces etc as required at site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down old LT XLPE cable carefully by manually excavation and re-laying in ground, fixed on walls with MS shadle where directed including termination of cable with gland lugs complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation and Earthwork will be measured sapareately.
