Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil by manual or mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches, drains, pipes and cables etc. ( not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) incl. dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5mtr. incl. disposal or filling of excavated earth as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing & laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 (cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) of specified grade excl. the cost of centring & shuttering incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/ H.L.- All work upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L. - All work upto plinth level. 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- All work upto plinth level. 1 : 1.5 : 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing, hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like including the cost of required centring shuttering, finishing smooth with 6 mm thick cementplaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) on exposed surfaces complete but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate:20 mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo Mechanically Treated bars incl. all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Centring and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form work

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies & access platform.
