Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part 1) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1 st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters – 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts , ISI marked , anodised ( anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade , with nuts and screws etc complete - 300 X 16 mm

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead - of area beyond 3 sq.metres.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Polishing the existing mosaic floor with Power polisher to a high degree of polish as to be perfectly smooth

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps ,32 mm C.P.brass waste of standard pattern , including painting of fittings and brackets ,cutting and making good the walls wherever required - white vitreous china flat back wash basin size 550x400 mm with single 15mm C.P. brass pillar tap.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including PVC waste fittings complete - semi rigid pipe - 32mm dia

Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6mm thick hard board backing - rectangular shape 453 x 357 mm

Providing and fixing PTMT towel rail complete with brackets fixed to wooden cleats with CP brass screws with concealed fitting arrangement of approved quality and colour - 600 mm long towel rail with total length of 645 mm, 78 mm wide and effective height of 88mm, weighing not less than 190 gms.

Providing and fixing ASTM pipes including all ASTM plain& brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing . This includes jointing of pipes & fitting with one step ASTM solvent cement and testing of joints complete (Internal work exposed on wall ) - 20mm nominal outer dia pipes.

Providing and fixing unplasticised PVC connection pipe with brass unions - 45 cm length - 15mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing C.P.brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS: 8931- 15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions , i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling , C.P.brass / stainless steel screws , all complete as per architectural drawings (Glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) - for fixed portion – anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window , ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings ( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) - with float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness.

Providing , mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make ) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt.of cement used) as per specifications . Note: Measurement and Payment : The Pre-meaurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and / or the 75mm size cube crusing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N / Sqmm) - 12mm average thickness

Disposal of Moorum / building rubbish / similar unserviceable dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting unloading within a lead of 10km for all lifts, complete all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
