The procurement will be done from OEM or its authorized dealer or from the firm who are successful past supplier of same/similar items to NR or any other railway unit. Tenderer must attach the proof of past supply along with their offers and firms participating as authorized d e a l e r must attach the tender specification authorization from OEM along with their offer.
