Project Management, System Design, Detail Engineering, Supply of Materials, Inspection & Factory Acceptance Testing (Equipment & Integrated with subsystem), Packaging, forwarding, Insurance, Transit Insurance, Shipping, Port Handling, Custom Clearance, Inland Transportation to store, Supply of all related erection goods, including Mandatory spares, Commissioning spares, Power supply, Surge protection device, Loading, Unloading & Handling, Storage & Safe custody, Transportation from store to site, Supply of all type of Erection Items, Erection, erection of foundation support channel on trench for panel erection, Pre‐commissioning activity, Site Acceptance Testing, Trial Run, Commissioning, Training, Warranty, Extended warranty, Post Warranty Maintenance contract – comprehensive for 3 years for all supplied equipment, Including minor civil works, Documentation of MPLS-TP based Digital Fiber Optic Communication System covering IP EPABX system, CCTV system, Leased Lines, Complete in all respect and shall be executed as Turnkey individual work contract basis as per Specification for Telecom System “00033-NCJ-GEN-TE-SPC-0001” for Nagpur-Jabalpur Pipeline Project. Interfacing with GAIL's existing IP EPABX and SDH networks as per requirements at interfacing location (at Mumbai) is also in bidder's scope. Location details will be provided after order placement or during detailed engineering.

CCTV System consisting of Network Video Recorder (NVR) server, server rack including necessary hardware, software, Licenses, storage with additional workstation, necessary ethernet switches, converter, KVM switch, gateways, furniture and accessories, cabling / accessories as per specification and necessary accessories as define in specifications. Note-1: Bidder to Supply CCTV server at Jabalpur for one end & at other end integration of CCTV cameras in Master server already provided for Part A at Nagpur. License of 26 Nos of CCTV cameras already provisioned at Nagpur (Provided by Others). Necessary configuration as per CCTV monitoring philosophy to be done. Note-2: The servers of Jabalpur and Nagpur shall in turn work as failover server cum storage, i.e., in case of failure of one redundant server of one location, all the cameras & storage shall be available at other redundant server location and Vice versa. All the cameras with storage shall be available for viewing at workstations. The recording only at server locations. All the cameras shall be recorded and stored at both the server locations. The Redundant server of Nagpur shall work as the master server. It shall in turn synchronize with the slave servers at Jabalpur as failover server cum storage, i.e., in case of failure of server of either Jabalpur station, all the cameras & storage shall be available at Nagpur server location. All the cameras with storage shall be available for viewing at workstations. Note-3: Switches shall be provided with multicasting including IGMP Snooping and IGMP Querier. Unit rate for Mandatory spares with cards details, part no., make etc. shall be given separately. (10% Spare or Minimum One shall be calculated based on the total quantities; region / state wise as per the above respective Line items of MPLS-TP, CCTV, EPABX Systems)

Extended Warranty per month (The Extended Warranty is applicable only if completion of trial run/acceptance of system by owner / handing over of system is delayed beyond 12 months from supply (date of receipt of last material at site) and the delay is not attributed to contractor). All materials shall be considered to be in the custody of contractor fully insured with applicable conditions of warranty. This extended warranty (after 12 months) is used to extend warranty for the delayed period till the start of main warranty (i.e., 24 months), which is supposed to start on successful completion of trial run/ acceptance of system by owner / handing over of system (refer warranty clause). (as per MR Note 6) (Decision of start date & no of month extension of extended warranty will be as per instruction of client/ EIC)

PART 2 - Site work

Site Work:- Installation, Integration, Site Testing, Trial Run & Commissioning (including all supply and erection of all installation materials, accessories, connectors, Distribution boxes, MDF, cables {co-axial cable, multi-pair armoured & unarmored telephone cables, Ethernet Cables, optical fiber cable, armoured power cable}, pole {maximum 3-5 mtr} with shades & mounting arrangement for CCTV cameras, telecom earth pits, civil foundation, OFC connectors etc.), Power testing of already laid 24 Core OFC fiber, all work for MPLS-TP equipment system & NMS, Clock, CCTV system, IP EPABX system, telecom earth pits, Routers, Leased lines, warranty, etc. as per specification.

All Site work as define above for respective stations (all Dispatch, SV and Receiving stations) complete in all respect for MPLS-TP, IP EPABX system with Telephones, CCTV System with Cameras as per specification. All the work for Redundancy of MPLS-TP network in case of OFC cut through backup leased line link and for exchange as required for Maharashtra State.

Leased lines (2 Mbps) with end-to-end solution (Hardware & software as required) complete in all respect for 02 year from the date of acceptance as per specification. Leased lines are required for MPLS-TP NMS & Exchange are as: • Jabalpur to Nagpur for Telecom MPLS-TP NMS monitoring • Jabalpur to Nagpur/Mumbai/Noida for Exchange (Quantity may vary and will be finalized during detailed engineering; for same location if two leased line required shall be provided from different service provider.)

Leased lines (2 mbps) required for SCADA server FEP/ Centralized server telecom connectivity to meet SCADA requirement, Leased lines (2 mbps) with end to end solution (Hardware & software as required) complete in all respect for 02 year from the date of acceptance as per Job specification. Leased lines are required between • Jabalpur to Noida • Jabalpur to Jaipur • Nagpur to Jabalpur • Nagpur to Chhindwara • Jabalpur to Chhindwara (Protection path for RTU polling; vendor to ensure that only active link is to be extended to RTU. Necessary provision of hardware and configuration to be done by vendor) (Quantity may vary and will be finalized during detailed engineering).

Rectification and Restoration of damaged Optic Fiber Cable (All works including Identification of the fault, Test of the fiber for the smooth operation on wavelength, Power Testing of laid OFC, providing jointing pit, joint enclosure, jointing marker, electronic marker & ready for Telecom equipments including all supply as required) as defined in the scope of work.

All inclusive Man‐day rates for services such as (all or less) installation/supervision / configuration / integration /Testing & Commissioning of Telecommunication equipments valid for the next 7 years from FOA within Nagpur-Chhindwara-Jabalpur regions applicable as & when required. The rates shall be valid for the next 7 year with the escalation from 3rd Year (from FOA) of 6 % of unit rate per year (date of FOA) as per SOR and MR.

PART 3 - Post Warranty Period

Payment will be made on quarterly basis.
