Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Provision for pole / wall mounted box (300x200x105) mm size made out of (SMC) sheet moulding compound dust & weather proof with front openable hinged type cover with locking arrangement i/c providing & fixing of following accessories on existing pole / wall with suitable arrangement as required. a) 32 Amp 5 Way connector with bakelite base. b) 6 Amp SP MCB 'C' Curve (10 KA) - 1 No. c) Earth Studs - 2 Sets. d) 40 x 5 mm clamp with 2 Nos. 3/8" Nut & Bolts - 1 Set as required.

Provision for pole / wall mounted box (400 x 300 x 190) mm size made out of (SMC) sheet moulding compound dust & wheather proof with front openable hinged type cover with locking arrangement i/c providing and fixing of following accessories mounted on 6 mm thick bakelite sheet i/c connection with suitable size of copper wire and fixing the box on the existing pole / wall with suitable size/capacity 4 strip (3 phase + neutral) busbar arrangement as required: a) 63A 4 pole MCB - 1 No. b) 40 A 4 pole MCB - 2 Nos. c) Digital Timer - 1 No. d) 3 pole 50A MNX Contactor-1 No. e) Auto manual Switch- 1 No. f) SPMCB -1 No. Note:- The cables glands shall be interconnected with suitable size metalic strip having suitable size stud for termination of earth wire, all bus bar must be cover with suitable insulation materials, no current carrying conductor should be open.

Laying of existing al. conductor armoured/unarmourd power cable 1.1 KV between pole to pole with the help of tower wagon, including supplying of 10 SWG GI wire, in following manner, only cable shall be supplied by department. a) Upto 3.5X35 sqmm. Overhead tied with suitable size Shackle Clamp and insulator

Supplying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size complete as required. a) 4x16 sqmm Al. Unarmoured Cable

b) 4x16 sqmm Armoured Cable

c) 4x25 sqmm Armoured Cable

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required

Supplying, installation, Testing & Commissioning of Street light LED fixture powder coated pressure die cast aluminium body with driver as per the requirement with Driver efficiency >85%, Input voltage: 140-270 Volt AC, frequency 50/60 hz, Operating temp range -5 0C to 50 0C, internal surge protection of 5 KV L,N,E as per IEC 61000-4-5, Driver efficiency >85%,THD < 10% as per IEC 61000-3-2, P. F.≥0.95, IP-66,IK-10, CRI >70, under voltage and over voltage protection, EMIEMC As per CISPR -15, lenses for beam angle as per IESNA type I/II/III as per the width of the road and the project requirement., suitable to fit in up to 65mm dia pipe, life time (LED, Driver & electrical circuitry) of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends as per LM80 extrapolation IES TM-21-11 report, CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6500°K (As per ANSI Bin),SDCM (Standard Deviation Colour Matching) <5, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard complete in all respect i/c external connections with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy ≥105 <120 lm/Watt output .LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. (Thermal management: heat sink of aluminium housing such that LED junction temperature shall not rise above 90°C). a) 150 watt

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level a) 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
