Dismantling of asbestos cement sheet (Corrugated semi corrugated etc) as in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in & including a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall,Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in repair 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards, fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/ Aluminium frame work with screw as in ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar including coping etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 ( Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 40cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&Lpreparation of new or previously untreated surface of steel and iron work of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&Lpreparation of old treated surface of steel and iron work of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down steel rolling shutter, area of each shutter not exceeding 12.00 sqm each of any type including cover, anchoring rod, manual gear operated type with gear box and crank handle etc. and carrying out neccessary repair/ replacement work to defective components such as pulling system of gear system, gear box, locling plate, guide channel, bracelet plate etc., and reassembling the rolling shutter including greasing, welding, drilling where required and refixing the shutter in the existing location and making functional to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge complete all as directed. ( Note: The materials replaced under this item shall be measured and paid seperately as " Supply only" under relevent items of this schedule. The shutter shall be removed carefully alongwith its accessories without damaging the adjacent structure. All the defective parts to be repaired/ replaced under this item shall lay out at site for proper verification and approval of the Engineer in charge and shall be repaired /replaced only after prior approval of the Engineer in charge. Necessary greasing easing will be done to the appropriate parts/ spares/ fixtures for smooth functioning of the shutter.

( Note: The materials replaced under this item shall be measured and paid seperately as " Supply only" under relevent items of this schedule. The shutter shall be removed carefully alongwith its accessories without damaging the adjacent structure. Taking down rolling shutter of any type and repairs to defective components/replacement such as sliding system and pulling system, re-assembling the whole sliding shutter including greasing complete, welding drilling where required and refixing the shutter in the same opening complete area of each shutter exc 10 Sqm but not exc 20 sqm each all as directed. All the shutter shall be removed carefully with accessories without damaging the adjacent structures. Contractor shall lay out all the defective parts of removed shutters at site and for approval of Engineer-in-Charge. Defective parts shall be replaced with new fixture/items, which shall be paid under relevent items at supply only rates. All the repairs parts/accessories alongwith new parts/accessories shall be reassembled and fixed to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge in existing position. contractor shall carry out necessary greasing, easing etc for smooth functioning of the shutter, without any extra cost to the department.

Taking down steel sliding shutter, area of each shutter not exceeding 10.00 sqm each of any type and description and carrying out neccessary repair/ replacement work to defective components such as sliding system and pulling system, with neccessary welding , drilling etc including greasing and refixing the shutter in the existing location and making functional to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge complete all as directed. ( Note: The materials replaced under this item shall be measured and paid seperately as " Supply only" under relevent items of this schedule. The shutter shall be removed carefully alongwith its accessories without damaging the adjacent structure. All the defective parts to be repaired/ replaced under this item shall lay out at site for proper verification and approval of the Engineer in charge and shall be repaired /Replaced only after prior approval of the Engineer in charge. Necessary greasing easing will be done to the appropriate parts/ spares/ fixtures for smooth functioning of the shutter.

Supply only 100mm dia, 450mm long, SWG 'O' high tensile spring, thickness not less than 6mm size conforming to relevent IS complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ball bearing No. 6213/6214 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only roller of steel pipe ( shaft) heavy duty of size 50mm nominal bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only locking plate made of 3.15mm thick mild steel reinforced with mild steel angle section of size 35x35x5mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only mild steel clip suitable for rivetting to lath curtain complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS Wheel of size 100 x 50 mm in top rail complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS Wheel of size 50 x 25 mm in bottom rail complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only guide channel made of mild steel deep channel section not less than 3.15 mm thick depth of channel 75 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1998 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel framed works as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hangings also fastening and fixing etcconforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.

M & L pre-polished cement concrete chequered tiles area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but n exc 0.11 Sqm and 25 mm thick with white cement and pigments of approved make jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match with the tiles over and including screed bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of old tiles of any description and size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L coloured cement concrete parking tiles area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but n exc 0.11 Sqm and 8-10mm thick with white cement and pigments of approved make jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match with the tiles over and including screed bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of old tiles of any description and size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with 30mm thick sand cushioning with proper compacting through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator including filling the joints with sand including demolition of old slabs and tiles complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filling with bitumen mastic joint filling at every 3m length and at corners complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in path / paving / hard standing / floor and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
