Supply of MS Chequered Sheet of thickness 08 mm.
Supply of MS Channel of size 150 x 75mm.
Fixing/cutting of MS Channel of Size 150 x 75 mm as per the size of chamber and grounting/support the MS Channel in the wall with both side support dully welded if required. Work includes making the holes in the wall of chamber for fixing the Channel in the chamber wall with the help of Hydra and Heavy manual labour and grouting with C:C work as per site requirement.It also includes the charges for T&P items such as welding machine, gas cutter, electric cutter and other items as per site requirement. The Job also includes the charges Supervisor, welder, heavy labour, beldars and Scaffolding work being working at a depth of 7 to 8 ft approx. for carrying out the work as per site requirement.
Fabrication/Cutting the MS Chequered Sheet of 08 mm as per the size of platform in the chamber with the help of gas cutter. The work includes lifting the MS chequered sheet with the help of hydra/heavy manual labour with proper safety and welding on the MS Channel grouted in the Chamber for making the platform for the operation of Sluice valve and general maintenance of valves.
Painting of complete Chequered sheet and MS channel first with primer coat and then two coats of enamel paint.
Loading, unloading, cartage and transportation charges upto the site i/c charges of heavy labour etc. as per site requirement and Commissioning of complete work in the presence of Engineer-in-charge.
