Providing and Fixing of CC Collar, Panel, Junction Box in Place of Missing Broken Cover in Ward No. 7, 8 and 9 under Sub Division No. 2, M.C. Chandigarh.

S/E of CC Collars including following:- a) The box shall be enclosed in a cement collar made from cement concrete 1:2:4 with outside dia 16”. b) The collar shall be embedded in the group upto 6” shall stand 9” above ground shall have housed 12” high SMC Box and 6” top over the box. c) The collar shall be provided with 2 G.I. Pipe of 40mm dia and 45cm long to facilitate entry of cables in the junction box after digg out the cable loops from earth complete in all respects, connections etc. d) The collar shall be plastered properly finished, curing and painted with 2 coats of Apex paint of superior quality. e) Providing and Fixing junction box of size 250x200x100mm inside dimensions of thermosetting sheet moulding compound material of robust construction with double hinge, side clamp locking arrangement. The existing ckt cable loops be made properly connection after digging from the earth and refilling the same position. There should be a terminal Strip (Thimble type) 30 amp, one no. Kitkat, rating suitable for minimum 4x16 sq.mm aluminum cable termination. The sheath of the armoured cable should be properly thimbed with the pole for proper earthing. Curing of CC Collar must be done as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The junction box should have two numbers PVC Glands with sufficient space for cable entry and loose wires complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of Junction Box Cover of Fiber Sheet of 10"x8" suitable size on existing octagonal pole/ Street Light Poles. The fiber cover shall be installed on existing jucntion box with the help of screw. The job includes the cost of all labour charges and other petty material required to complete the job upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and re-erection of 16/12.5 Mtr high mast with the help of Crane. The work shall be executed as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge

The stainless steel wire ropes shall be in AISI 316 grade, 7/19 construction with central core in the same material of diameter and the breaking load of rope shall not be less than 2x2350 Kg, giving a factor of safety of over 5 for the system at full load as per the TR7 reffered to in the beginning of this specification. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Erection of PVC Insulated (sheathed) Copper Conductor Cable ISI marked size 5 core 2.5 mm2. Supply & Erection of ISI Marked PVC insulated 5 core 2.5mm2 cable of Copper Conductor (Sheathed) make KEI/ Havell's/ Cirtina/ Sunhome/ Lapp/ Polycab in pipe of suitable size excluding cost and erection of pipe/pole etc. (i) Cable size 5 core 2.5 mm2 Copper Conductor 1100 Volts Grade. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and erection of lubrication/greasing/oil in gear box. The work shall be executed as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge

Whinching of High mast of 16/12.5 mtr.The work shall be executed as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge

Dismantling of existing damaged/broken old bollard lights/CC Collar, Jallies alongwith junction box, wire and C.C. foundation etc. and other material complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engg-in-charge. The entire “malba” shall be disposed off and send to C & D plant Industrial Area Phase-I. The work shall be executed as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Painting of pedestal size 1200x900x350mm with P.O. red paint complete in all respect and bonding to the existing earth etc. and platform of cement concrete 1:2:4 around the pillar box of size 3’x2’x0’-4”. The Cost includes writing MCC and Danger in Bold letters such that it is warning about hazard as threats which are essential to safety for General Public. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying of ISI marked 4 core 16 mm sq PVC Insulated Aluminium armoured cable loose in trench/pipe:- Supply & laying of ISI marked 4 core 16 mm sq PVC Insulated Aluminum conductor armoured cable (PVC Sheathed) of make Sunhome/ Finolex/ Cirtina/ Ecko/ Lapp/ Polycab/ KEI conforming IS:1554 (Pt.1) amended. The cable to be laid in trench/ pipe as per DSR Code 7.5.1/2022 MV CB PIP-25 Part-II (External). The cable should be terminated existing/ new cc collar with proper thimbling. The job included all Connections, Commissioning and testing of phase supply Material Testing report to be submitted and material to be supplied at site after confirmation from Engineer-in-charge. The specification of the cable as below:- i) Conductor – Aluminum ii) Core – 4 iii) Working Voltage – 1100 V iv) Nominal Cross Section – 16mm2 v) Minimum No. of Wire – 7/6 vi) Insulation Thickness – 1.0mm (Nominal) vii) Inner Sheath Minimum Thickness – 0.3mm viii) Outer Sheath Minimum Thickness – 1.40mm ix) Nominal size of Armoured Wire/Strip – 4x0.8mm x) Approximate O.D. – 22mm Maximum d.c. Resistance at 20 Deg. C – 1.91 ohm/km The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
