M&L for applying two layer of wall care putty of approved make of 1mm thick on walls as per manufacturar instructions with and including rubbing by means of sand / abrasive paper to have smooth finishing to receive primer / paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth including knotting and stopping as required and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in camouflage pattern/single shade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying interior texture wall painting on wall surface with stencil for smooth finish, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone or brick walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick or stone masonry wall surfaces & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying , jointing and testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 185 sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts including cable gland of suitable sizes and aluminium lugs for connection, including taking down old cable any type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, brick protection shall be measured & paid for separately.

Taking out old unsv pole and Supplying, installation and erection in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole, 9.0 metre long, conforming to IS-2713 part-II, type 410 SP-31, complete with cast iron/MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300x300mm, finial taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc., pole made out of ERW Mild steel tubing tubing including holes of required Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint on exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three signal red colour bands at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block , each band of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, painting pole No with black paint by stenciled letters/figures of 8cm height, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work and PCC in foundation of poles, coping etc shall be measured and paid separately in respected items.

Dismantling of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps etc of MS fabricated complete with all accessories viz nut, bolts, washer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts,washers, welding , bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts,in any shape or sizes as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of alluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair pin type insulator Porcelain, vitreous white/brown/green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volt grade, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for shackle type porcelain , vitreous white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, wahsers, insulator bolts, wahsers and nuts, as working pressure 1100 volts height in 100 mm maximum dia 115 mm section of straps in 31 x 5 mm dia of bolts 14 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stay assembly comprising of MS stay plate of size 30cmx30cmx6mm thick, stay rod with nuts 215cm long, 20mm dia, MS/GI stay bow 40 cm length with 2 Nos GI thimbles, galvanized stay wire standard size 7/4mm, loop insulation size 90mmx140mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm & other accessories all as per SSR Part-1, Plate No.1 including necessary MS clamps, excavation earth work & PCC work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair galvanised stay strand, size 7/3.15 mm for connecting stay assembly with MS clamps on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs loop insulator porcelain, vitreous white/brown/green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, large size with overall dimensions 90mm x 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm, Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cradle hexagonal , rectangular fabricated with GI wire 3.15 / 4 mm dia on existing OH line, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of ACSR conductors and removing from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, stringing, stretching and binding with insulator, ACSR conductor of adequate size (Weasel /ferret/Mink) on LT Poles including providing of necessary jumpers, connecting all existing incoming and out going connections, trimming of trees approximately 2 mtr around conductor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming of tree branches coming in proximity to LT over head lines and involved with over head lines where detected , over head lines to be cleared of tree branches atleast 2.5 Mtrs apart from ACSR conductor from all sides complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contactor is supposed to manage long wooden ladder atleast 32 feet height, rope and handsaw machine to clear the lines from tree branches having girth upto 6" dia at his own arrangement and cost.

M&L for Re-stretching of loose over head ACSR conductor of any type including GI wire and repair of the broken conductors and adding new length( if required) in place of old and burnt conductor of any size on existing poles with proper sagging including winding with winding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old conductor shall be reused where required for repairing broken length of conductor as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Five lines together will be measured as one span from pole to pole.

M&L for painting to steel poles including cross arms, 'V' brackets, 'D' clamps, nuts, bolts, complete including painting with five strips of 30cm each black and white paint in alternate strips from the base of pole upto 1.5mtr height complete, spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of first quality silver paint over a coat of red oxide primer after and including complete removal of old paint by scratching, rubbing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The unit rate includes earth strip and protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point.

S&F in repair aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws, insulators rawl plugs etc for conductor for roof and fixed on wall upto test point, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm fixed with saddles & fixing screws, PVC dash fastners, insulators fixed from test point to earth on walls or burried in ground / drawn into hume pipe, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for seperately under relevant item of schedule.
