Notes for item Nos :1 to 9:- I) Cost of all the maintenance,repairs and including replacement of components and parts for the specific lift as indicated therein to keep the lifts in perfect serviceable condition shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the contractor. The contractor shall be responsible for handing over the lifts in serviceable condition at the time of completion of works. II) Comprehensive maintenance of the lifts shall be got done by the contractor either from the OEM or their accredited/authorised agencies/other OEM as mentioned on serial page No 17 of tender documents and MoU shall be produced by contractor to GE before commencement of work .

Manual rescue & Operation rescue of lift from 0600 hrs to 2200 hrs in two shifts operated by one operator per shift on all days including holidays and during all type of weather/climatic conditions, providing rescue to the trapped person, maintaining the lift and connected equipments and accessories including lift room in clean and tidy condition during the operation period and also Manning & Operation of Lift in case of failure of commercial supply by running of DG Set installed within the vicinity meant for lift supply. Loc:GOMTI Notes for Items Nos 10 to 13: Quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements:- (i) To provide uniform, tools to the employees and also alternative employee (reliever) for Manning and Operation of lifts Installation so that the other employees can avail the facility of weekly leave etc. (ii) To keep the Machine Room & allied area in clean and tidy condition during the operation period. (iii) To carryout the routine maintenance, minor repairs, oiling, greasing and to rectify the minor defects to keep the plants / Installation in serviceable condition all as directed by the GE and Engineer-in-Charge. However, the major repairs, replacements, etc are not included in the scope of the above items. (iv) To keep necessary documentation duly signed by all the concerned. (v) To hand over the entire lifts in serviceable condition at the time of completion. vi) Contractor shall submit the details of payment of wages for staff employed through Aadhaar linked bank accounts for payment purpose. (vii) Contribution towards bonus EPF, ESIC the amount is payable only after submission of valid and authentic document in support of having paid the requisite amount to the employed labour. (viii) In case any operator is missing or absent from duty, a penalty of Rs 1500/- per lift operators shall be recovered from contrcator and Engineer-in-Charge decision shall be final and binding on this account.

Taking out existing unserviceable main hoist steel wire rope after disconnecting from counter weight pulley and car cabin and supply and fix new steel wire rope 13mm dia, ungalvanised, 8/19 construction conforming to IS-14665 including making necessary connection with weight, pully and car cabin with clamps, nuts, bolts washers etc Make : Usha Martine or equivalent as approved by the GE, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable Governor Steel wire rope after disconnection from car cabin and in lieu supply and fixing new steel wire rope 8mm dia, ungalvanised, 8/19 construction, including making necessary proper connection with machine room and shaft pit with clamps, nuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed Make : USHA MARTIN or equivalent as approved by the GE.

Taking out existing unserviceable cabin fan and providing new cabin fan, non-oscilating type, axial flow, single speed, 300mm sweep, 240 volt, with grill, (Make : EMCO/VBM/CINI), complete all as specified and directed,

Taking out existing old defective sensor and in lieu providing New sensor (LAMBADA) with INFRARED safety edge with power unit for full height of car door to safe guard passenger entering and leaving the lift Suitable for 08 passenger lift and 800mm door opening of make MONARCH installed at NSD Ghatkopar complete all as specified and directed, Make:WECO for equivalent make as approved by GE.

Taking down existing unserviceable batteries of ARD and in lieu providing new maintenance free sealed batteries 12 volt, 18AH (MAKE: EXIDE/AMRON) making neessary connections with and including copper lead to connect brass terminal of batteries etc; complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable LED Light fittings and provision of new LED light 5W/8W fittings with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable flat / Round travelling cable from hoist way and supply and fixing new travelling cable, PVC insulated 16 core with stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 0.75 sq mm conforming to relevant IS in and including crimping with lugs of appropriate thimbles suspended type freely moveable with car cabin up and down between ground and upper floors including necessary connection etc. complete all as specified and directed. Replacement of unserviceable ARD control system commissioning and testing of new ARD system suitable for 11 kW motor including wiring with connected items in existing items storeyard goods/pessenger lift for NSD Ghatkopar 415 Volt 50 Hz 3 phase with a speed of 1.0 mts/sec comprising with maintenance free battery make:Exide/Amaron to match with the exisitng capacity motor and controller system complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out unservicable car and landing iron collapsible doors and in lieu supply and fix new mild steel collapsible door, in 1500 mm x 2000 mm clear opening, top hung type consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, bottom sills, aluminium gibs,brass handle provide with heavy duty roller bearings etc; and painting the exposed mild steel surfaces with 2 coats of black synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete in all respects suitable for existing goods/passenger lifts installed at NSD Ghatkopar and MOORA Area.
