Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, 21kA for 3 sec outdoor type, IP-54 protection, floor mounted both side extensible 4-way SF-6 gas insulated floor mounted with copper bus bar Compact Switchgear should consist of 02 Nos incoming Vacuum Circuit Breaker and 02 Nos outgoing Vacuum Circuit Breaker and 01 No air insulated Bus PT panel with Battery & Battery Charger. The coupling should be at the top of compact switchgear through sleeved busbars covered with insulating boots at the joints. All live parts, bus bars, VCB will be enclosed in robotically welded 2 mm thick stainless steel tank filled with SF-6 at 1.4 bar with IP class IP-54 protection, leak rate less than 0.1% and tested as per latest IEC: 62271-200 and 2mm GI or 3 mm CRCA enclosure. Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT panel board with all accessories and supply, installing, erecting, commissioning and testing new factory made LT panel board cubical outdoor type of suitable size for housing of all equipments & proper heat dissipation, CPRI approved weather/dust proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front and back side openable with suitable cable chamber at both side and front side shutters with locking arrangement, panel base of angle iron 50x50x6 mm upto 45 cm height for 433 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire system including TPN Aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on F class insulators. All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN Aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders. All control wiring shall be with FRLS PVC insulated 6 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. The panel board shall have bottom channel of size 75x40mm and complete mounted or fixed on PCC foundation 0.45m above floor and cable connection with suitable size of copper lugs and suitable size chrome plated glands provided for incoming and outgoing cable comprising the following: -
INCOMING MCCB a) MCCB with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic based relese 63 Amp, 4 Pole, 50 Hz, 415 Volt with rupturing capacity 16 KA - 01 No. OUTGOINGS MCCB a) MCCB with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic based relese 40 Amp, 4 Pole, 50 Hz, 415 Volt with rupturing capacity 16 KA - 03 Nos (01 No Spare) b) MCB 16 Amp, 2 Pole, type C, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 10 KA-01 Nos (Street light)
Note for item 14.25 to 14.39: (1) All incoming & outgoing feeders to be marked with aluminium name plates duly rivetted on the front inner door of the feeder pillar. (2) All the cable entry / exit will be through bottom only, duly glanded with single compression type brass cable gland of suitable size. Cost of end termination of cable shall deemed to be included in the cost of feeder pillar. (3) All the inner / outer doors should have locking facility through castle locks (4) Cost of all civil work for brick pedestal, duly plastered, shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted, no separate payment shall be allowed for this. (5) The dimension of panel board as mentioned above is tentative. If it is required to be enhanced to accommodate the switchgears and maintaining the gaps as per IE Rules, it should be enhanced as per requirement without any extra cost to the department. (6) The Thickness of MS sheet for outer shell and canopy shall be 3.15mm and inner doors and partitions shall be of 2.0 mm. (7) The panel board should be designed in such a way that adequate workable space is made available inside every compartments. (8) The drawing of the panel board shall have to be got approved by Garrison Engineer before starting of fabrication process.
Supply and fixing GI bracket made with 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade length 1.20m long bent to an angle of 135 degree and reduce at the end dia to match with the street light dia including suitable 02 set of clamps of size (50X5)mm with nuts, bolts and washers for fixing of light fitting to pole complete all as specified and directed.
Supply & Fixing Weather Proof thermo plastic (Polysterene) Cable Junction box, having protection class IP-66 protection and of overall size min (155 x 210 x 92) mm having metric knockouts on the wall, duly fixed with the pole with terminal (25x3mm) clamp, GI bolts, nuts, washers and 2 Nos polymide weather proof cable glands of cable sealing range 10mm to 17mm (Complete with check nut) and including cable Lugs 16 Sqmm -08 Nos complete all as specifed and directed .
Supply & Fixing three core PVC insulated flexible cable cord 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor flexible cables 1100 Volts grade complete and making connection from pole box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (top edge of the plate should not be less than 1.50RM below ground level) connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified incl 40 mm GI tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI strip incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 150mm thick, PCC chamber using PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 8mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) externally up to 150mm below ground level, GI funnel with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connected to earth test point incl testing and marking Bldg Nos and writing Test Results (in white) on a black painted MS Plate of (size 300x300x3mm thick) duly welded with angle iron of size 40x40x5mm, 600mm long, fixed with the earth pit chamber by grouting complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) GI strip and GI pipe medium grade, up to 7.5mtr shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. (ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for MS sheet of size 300x300x3mm thick, fixed with necessary nuts and bolts on angle iron of size 40x40x5mm, 600 mm long and grouted with PCC block of size 200x200x250mm (PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm crushed stone aggregate including necessary earth work for marking the result and purpose.
M & L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by pneumatic drilling machine by trenchless technology including passing out the GI pipe from bore complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A' Part -V.
Cutting the existing hard standing for passing pipe / cable and making good the disturbed surfaces by using 150 mm thick 1:4:8 in foundation type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
Taking down carefully submain wiring with aluminium conductor cable 4/6 Sqmm in PVC conduit complete and making good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc.
Taking down carefully unserviceable TPN/SPN DB complete and making god the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc.
Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs. 13,82,080.00 as brought out from Sr Page No. 51(R) of tender
