M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of existing brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 1 above but except bricks. Note: Old usable bricks retrieved vide srl item No 1 and 2 shall be reused.

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out, including demolition and breaking up salt glazed ware/AC drain pipe of 150mm dia set in cement mortor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes of 150 bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L salt glazed stone ware drain pipes grade ‘A’ laid in trenches on concred bed and jointed as specified (Excavation and earth work measured and paid separately) for 150 bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles coloured (300 x 200 mm), 6 to 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, as in backing layer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall/stone wall, ceilings etc, raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering on brick walls or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 over 5 mm thick dubbing coat on uneven surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Vitreous china squatting pan orissa pattern size 580x440mm white with integral foot rests with 100mm dia 'P' or 'S' trap (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) incl connection to trap and to flushing pipe complete including making good to floor etc.

M&L for PVC low level flushing cistern, valveless, syphonic action type, 10 litres capacity with inlet, ball valve, float and handle with and including brackets & PVC bend pipe 90 cm long etc, supplied and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified. Separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement (demolition of concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and directed .

Cleaning of blockage in water closet any description including trap and CI pipeline upto first manhole manually by rodding or by pumping etc and removing the deposited sludge/solid/liquid material, at authorized dumping site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blockage in Floor Trap/Nahni Trap upto Gully trap manually by rodding or by pumping etc and removing the deposited sludge/solid/liquid material, at authorized dumping site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of drain pipes of 100mm to 200mm bore by rodding including manhole of any depth and well flushing with water after cleaning and removing waste material etc to a distance not exceeding 50m and burrying in pits and re-filling the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The cost for excavation and earth work for pits and taking off manhole cover and placing the same in position after cleaning is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Cleaning of septic tank and soakage well any size by dewatering, taking out mud/ sludge/liquid from septic tanks, getting out and removing & depositing the sludge to a distance not exceeding 100meter in borrow, pits, excavating borrow pits and covering the filled borrow pits with minimum 10 cm thick layer of earth, complete all as specified and directed. ( Note septic tank and soakage well shall be cleaned by mechanical vehicle (Tanker) and Dewatering/Sludge to be thrown away outside of Defence Area.
