REPAIR / MAINTENANACE OF HT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, HT CABLES, VCBs, TRANSFORMER AND CONNECTED WORK AT CAMP AREA UNDER GE (AF) ADM AREA AT AF STN AGRA

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line,and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply & laying in replacement double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE full rounded pipe in 6 m lenght conforming to IS 16205 Pt-24 of approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection of size 160 mm outer dia and 135 mm inner dia complete all as directed. Make - SFMC/Universal/Astral

M & L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion/ laying of 50 to 350 mm bore GI/HDPE tubing of any description below/ under road surface/ floors / hard standing etc with using mechanical or manual devices as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of HT UG cable, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor 11KV grade of size 3 Core 240 Sqmm (Earthed system cable) as per IS 7098 Part II. Including taking out and dismatling of Old/US HT cable completed and specified as directed. Make - Havells / Polycab / Grandlay

M & L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade XLPE cable for straight through cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 70 - 120 sqmm, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed. Make : Denson/ Birla 3M/Raychem Note:- (i) Rate quoted including necessary excavation, returning filling, removal etc for taking out loop/ cutting of burnt cable for required length for making straight through joint.

Same as per item No-08 but size 150 sqmm to 3 core to 240 sqmm 3 Core.
