Excavation in trenches for foundations, laying / taking out of cables, erecting of poles etc, in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soils, in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Power Cables, Aluminium Stranded Conductor 50 sqmm, 3.5 core, XLPE Insulated, Cores laid up, PVC Inner sheathed, Armoured with galvanized wire or galvanized steel strip, overall PVC Sheathed, 1100V Grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) complete laid in trenches / floors / ducts/ fixed to poles / walls / drawn through pipes etc including provn of lugs, glands, nuts, bolts & washers etc for connecting in LT feeder pillar box / transformer bushings/LT OH Line and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying 50mm outer dia, double walled, corrugated HDPE duct pipe conforming to IS- 14930 Pt-II with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with copper plate 60x60cm x3.15mm thick electrode, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including 20x3mm copper strip as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and connected other end to main board duly protected by GI pipe 40mm dia, earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around bottom and top watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part – I and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including CI cover, frame and PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with CI cover and frame including necessary earth works etc, all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge. Note:- 1. PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode of the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Design, Fabricate, supply, installation and testing of outdoor type cubicle LT panel board with MCCB suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system factory fabricated made out of CRCA sheet steel of 3mm thick for outer shell and 2mm thick for inner shell with front openable door with locking arrangement complete with powder coat painting and suitable packing material for IP-54 degree of protection and including provision of 40mmx40mmx5mm angle iron base frame of suitable size for mounting the panel board at a height of 750mm (450mm above GL and 300mm grouted in PCC foundation. The size of panel board shall not be less than 500mm x 500mm x 300mm (outer dimensions) for accommodating and provision of following switchgears complete:-

(i) TPN Aluminium bus bar 300 Amps 4 strips provided with heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeve insulation mounted on insulators suitable for connecting 2 or 3 outgoing cables including provision suitable glands. (ii) MCCB, 200 A, 4 Pole, 36 KA (Ics=100%Icu), 415 V, 50 Hz, Microprocessor MCCB with Adjustable Overload, short circuit, Ground Fault (4 Pole) and fixed Instantanous Neutral Protection (4Pole) - 01 No Note :- The Contractor shall submit set of all drawings of the L.T. Panel Board and its components in duplicate and get the same approved from GE before commencement of production. The contractor shall furnish all details and clarifications required if any for scrutiny and evaluation. Manufacture of material to be supplied shall be done strictly as per approved drawing. However, approval of drawing shall not absolve the contractor/supplier of his liability for ensuring correctness according to applicable standards & regulations.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete and sub base all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

S & F mild steel work as in posts, struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, and necessary provision of notch including welding and cutting at bottom etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Fixing only of chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh size and type to any type of standard rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L 10 mm mild steel round bars Fe-410-W(Gde. E-250) quality-A or Fe 290(Gde-E-165) for securing chain link fencing including forming necessary hook/ bend for tightening with fencing post and the like complete all as specified and shown on drg.

S & F MS screw bolts 11 to 15mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end, screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal / square nuts all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces including preparation of surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including half moulding of granite edges all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L vitrified ceramic light shade coloured tiles, 10 mm thick ( square/ rectangular ) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to tile shade over and including 15mm thick cement and sand screed (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110mm setting and jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting hole in brick wall built in cement mortar exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick for fixing holdfasts in jambs and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B – 1 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F magnetic catcher of suitable size fixed for cabin leafs, drawers etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F aluminium mortice lock with two levers vertical type, size100mm with necessary screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section 150mm long all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S & F aluminium handle cast type anodised, 150mm long all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F aluminium alloy anodized sliding door bolt with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheets cast or extruded section and fixing bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy 300mm size all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge .

Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections and 2 or 3 track aluminium channel appropriate Z section and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Anodised aluminium door shutters with Powder Coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 3mm thick ACP sheet as in doors, windows, ventilators and partitions fixing with aluminium beading or as per manufacturer instruction including joint filling and taping, necessary arrangement and colour will be as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer and wall putty (Asian / JK / Birla), preparatory to distempering, on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L one coat of distemper oil emulsion on old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick for fair finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even & fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L RCC 1:2:4, (nominal mix), type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates for slabs supported on walls, beams, columns and in shelves, the like all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S&F PVC (SWR), single socketed, 110mm dia bore in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius bore of 110 mm with access door all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge
