Checking and tightening the bolt & nuts of Super Arc fenders at Coal berths 1&2 and "D" type fenders at Small craft jetty-3 including all fixtures and fittings other than fenders at coal berths and jetty - 3 at small craft jetties once in a month including hiring of boat if required including cost of all labour , tools and plants scaffolding, fuel, transport etc complete.

Lifting and transporting new / good fascia pads from the stack and fixing the same in position at the same place where the damaged fascia pads removed as directed at site including made good by providing bolt& nuts, clamps etc the frantal frame to receive the new facia pad including lifting , placing & fixing in position including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, hiring of boat, Tools & equipments, transport, scaffolding, platform etc. complete.

Rectification of frontal frame including removing the frontal frame welding removing the damaged plates alround at both sides of the frontal frame, bolts , Scraping / rubbing the corrosion on the face of the frontal frame of cell fender and applying MD MS polymer based adhesive to receive facia pad including re-fixing the rectified frontal frames in position etc including cost of all materials, labour transport , scaffolding etc complete.

Interchanging the damaged DIPTI cell fender at General Cargo Berth with idle fender by removing and transporting the existing damaged DIPTI cell fenders at General Cargo Berth to the place as shown at site within a lead of 800 m including lifting loading , transporting unloading and stacking the damaged fenders as directed at site including removing the idle fenders and fixing the same at the location of the damaged fendrs as directed at site including cost of all labour, machinery, hiring of boat, Tools & equipments, transport, scaffolding etc. complete.

Supply and fixing of G.I. sleeve rods of 30mm dia and 400mm length by core cutting in RCC rich mic of 50mm dia,320mm deep for fixing sleeve roads including fixing of G.I. sleeve rods with Hilti –E500 fastener as per instruction of Engineer including cost of materials, suitable scaffolding, labour, tools & machinary, transport etc complete.
