Supplying, laying, jointing and testing and commissioning 10 sqmm, 2 core XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor and PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-7098 laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on poles/wall/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or passing through pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth; or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable etc. in soft/loose soil, & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Supply and Laying DWC of pipe size 120 mm OD/ 93 mm ID for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying DWC of pipe size 50 mm OD/ 38 mm ID for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring hole under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology method for laying DWC pipe of outer dia upto 120mm suitable for cable passing without damaging Road / Plinth /Floor complete all as specifid.

M & L for 200 mm dia cable route indicator made of CI plate 8 mm thick with spike to angle iron 25 X 25 X 5mm, 60 cm long marked as LT/HT cable jointing on conductor coil plate complete including fixing and excavation in soft/loose/hard/dense soil, PVC embedded block size 300 X 300X 300 mm (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggreggate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erecting factory made 7 m long hot dip galvanised octagonal pole with 130 mm dia including 1.5 Mtr single Arm HDG OD-48.3 at bottom and 70 mm dia at top A/F made up of 4 mm thick HT sheet along with foundation type base plate of size 220X220X12 mm foundation bolt 4 nos of M20X750 high J type EN8 Grade with inbuilt junction box suitable for incoming 3 phase LT cable 16sqmm 4 core having 6A SP B class MCB fixed on bakelite sheet and stud type connector inside the pole, the pole shall be adequetly strengthened at the location of the door to compensate for the loss in section including excavation and RCC/PCC (1:2:4) type B1 for foundation and grouting the bolts as per manufactures instructions including marking pole numbers in letters and figures of size radium tape not less than 10cm height with red colour enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual mean and including passing GI pipe 80/50 mm bore and making good both the ends complete . Note : Pipe and cable will be measured and paid separately

Supply and fix GI pipe 80 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provision of clamps, nut, bolts etc required for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete.

Supply and fix GI pipe 50 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provision of clamps, nut, bolts etc required for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete.

M & L PVC insulated, PVC sheathed Copper conductor electric cable 1.5 Sq mm 3Core 1100 volts grade for pole box to street light fitting Complete all as Specified and directed.

Dismanting of ACSR conductor/AAC conductor of any size and any type Complete all as Specified.

Dismanting of cross arm, clamps , bracing etc of MS section Complete all as Specified and directed.

Dismanting of insulator any type and size Complete all as Specified and directed.

Dismanting of old PCC Pole with and including required excavation/returning refilling of Soil/PCC found at site and making the surface ground even upto entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of Automatic Street Light Control Switch using Infrared Sensor based Nature Switch for automatic switching of street lights. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Lux Level. Required Illuminance level for switching On is <= 30 Lux and for switching OFF >=10 Lux. The Circuit should be suitable enough to take Three phase load of 12 KW with 3 nos Contactors, 3 nos incoming MCBs& 3 nos Outgoing MCBs of 32-40 Amps each & circuit wiring (Copper) of min 10 sqmm. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismanting of GI bracket 1.2 Mtr long 40 mm dia with street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old street light retrieved from poles to be deposit in MES Store.

M & L for repair of damange portions during laying of LT cable, including replant of existing arboriculture which disturbed during laying and repairs the same and making the good disturbed surfaces of wall in CM 1:3 with white wash or existing colour, complete all as specified and direced by the Engineer in charge.
