Disconnecting electric connection and removing ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep from any height and bringing down, dismantling, cleaning internally and externally thoroughly, examine & replacement of minor partts such as split pins, cotter pins and check nuts etc overhauling, lubricating , reassembling, refixing in original position including minor repairs for the smooth functioning complete all as specified. NOTE :- (1) Necessary repairs/ replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid seperately.(2) Labour element for replacing of u/s parts deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Supply only Sealed ball bearing suitable for ceiling fan of any size all as directed.

Supply only Rotar shaft for ceiling fan all as directed.

Supply only Rubber bushes with MS clamp, bolt, nut for ceiling fan all as directed.

Supply only Fan condensor 2.5 mfd for ceiling fan all as directed.

Supply only 15mm dia GI tube medium grade Fan Down rods of 2.5 Feet long complete all as directed.

Taking out defective winding and rewinding of burnt ceiling fan of 1200 / 1400mm sweep motor of any make with new super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable size including using proper insulating material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. NOTE Cost of transportation is deemed to be included in the quoted rate

Taking down exhaust fans/wall mounted fans of 225/290/300/380/450 mm sweep and cleaning the dust properly, oiling, greasing & overhauling and replacement of defective bearings including refixing and connecting up all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE. Rewinding shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out defective winding and rewinding of exhaust fans of 225/290/300 mm Sweep of any make/type/model with new super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable size including using high quality insulating material complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective winding and rewinding of exhaust fans of 380/450 mm Sweep of any make/type/model with new super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable size including using high quality insulating material complete all as specified and directed.
