Operation of Sewage Treatment Plant of 0.6 MLD capacity and DG Set including maintenance of STP by providing manpower round the clock as specified.

Collection of the sample from the site, testing of the sample from PPCB / Govt. approved Laboratory and submission of the test report to AAI for the following parameters:. PH, TSS, TDS, Oil and Greese, BOD, COD.

Supply and replacement of activated carbon in ACF activated carbon filter for the above Sewerage Treatment Plant.

Painting by using spray gun with double coat paint after scraping the old paint of the plant equipment such as pump motor, valves, pipe lines and other associated asseccories, equipments complete as required.

Overhauling / repair of 3 phase 50 Hz sewage pump motor set of 12.5 HP capacity. The overhauling is to be done as per following specifications. Replacement of stator winding with copper coil of F grade insulation, Replacement of 2 Nos. bearing set, Replacement of mechanical oil and water seal - 1 Each, Replacement of stainless steel bush, Replacement of lubricant oil & any other work such as painting etc. as required. (Note:- The dismantled material need not to be returned to AAI).

Lifting and lowering of 3phase 50Hz 12.5HP capacity sewage pump motor cycle including Electrical connection removing foreign materials, testing minor repair if required etc. complete as required.

Overhauling / repair of 3 phase filter feed pump motor set of 7.5 HP capacity. The overhauling is to be done as per following specifications. Replacement of stator winding with copper coil of F grade insulation, Replacement of 2 Nos. bearing set, Replacement of seal 04 Nos, Gun metal bush & Any other work as required. (Note:- The dismantled material need not to be returned to AAI).

Rewinding /repair of following 3 phase 50Hz 2800 RPM electric motors including replacement of bush, bearing, seals etc complete as required of 1 HP capacity. (Note:- The dismantled material need not to be returned to AAI).

Rewinding /repair of following 3 phase 50Hz 2800 RPM electric motors including replacement of bush, bearing, seals etc complete as required of 2 HP capacity. (Note:- The dismantled material need not to be returned to AAI).

Rewinding /repair of following 3 phase 50Hz 2800 RPM electric motors including replacement of bush, bearing, seals etc complete as required of 5 HP capacity. (Note:- The dismantled material need not to be returned to AAI).

Rewinding /repair of following 3 phase 50Hz 2800 RPM electric motors including replacement of bush, bearing, seals etc complete as required of 7.5 HP capacity. (Note:- The dismantled material need not to be returned to AAI).

Rewinding /repair of following 3 phase 50Hz 2800 RPM electric motors including replacement of bush, bearing, seals etc complete as required of 15 HP capacity. (Note:- The dismantled material need not to be returned to AAI).

Overhauling and repair of existing clarisettler mechanism for circular tube settler tank of 4m dia x 2.8m SWD with hopper bottom and tube settler including replacement of following accessories :- Motor of 2 hp capacity, Gear box mechanism, Chain & pulley, Shaft & scrapper mechanism, Wheel & Supporting mechanism of media.

Cleaning of secondary clarifier (clarisettler) of 4m dia X 2.8m SWD including supply (Qty 10 m3) and filling with tube settler media of PVC of suitable shapes having following specification:- Setting Area. - 11 to 13 m2 /m3, Shape chevron, Hydraulic ratio - 1.5 cm, Slope - 55° to 60°, Material - PVC, Cross sectional area - 120 x 44mm & Support width - 60 mm.

Supply & fixing of fully automatic star delta starter suitable for 6 HP to 15 HP submersible / mono block pump motor set for operation on 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz supply at various locations complete with all accessories as required at site.

Repairing of MS Pipe having dia of up to & including 50 mm by replacing the bends, sockets, welding the joints/leakages etc. & repainting the same with existing shade of color. The job includes the labour & other petty charges complete as required at site.

Repairing of MS Pipe having dia of more than 50 mm up to & including 100 mm by replacing the bends, sockets, welding the joints/leakages etc. & repainting the same with existing shade of color. The job includes the labour & other petty charges complete as required at site.

Repairing of MS Pipe having dia of more than 100 mm up to & including 150 mm by replacing the bends, sockets, welding the joints/leakages etc. & repainting the same with existing shade of color. The job includes the labour & other petty charges complete as required at site.

Cleaning of choked / jammed sewage pumps of various capacities installed at various sewage tanks in Airport premises. The job includes lifting, cleaning the pump set by removing the foreign particles etc., minor oiling / greasing, lowering the pump set, fitting & making the pump operational for smooth running of the system etc. as required.

Complete item of CPWD schedule of rates electrical 2018 (Rates shall be quoted in multiples eg. 0.99 or 1.01% above / below. (Including Labour Cess & Operational Area Charges excluding GST @ 12%).
