Taking down existing Ceiling fan, exhaust fan, cabin fan of any type carefully from any differnt location for repair and kept safely and refixing the same after repair, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Necessary T&P such as ladder, helper etc shall be arranged by the contractor.(Repairs & spares shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of sch 'A')

Winding of motor of 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan of any make with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge (Approx wt of copper winding wire per fan 350 to 500 gms) including cutting and getting out old burnt winding, sleeve work, varnishing with E class insulation varnish, threading, connections with twin core copper flexible wire of size 0.5 Sqmm of length not more than one meter with each fan including white synthetic enamel spray painting of fan and blade after rewinding complete all as specified and directed. Make of winding wire : New India/ Jindal/ Devidyal/ HTP Make of varnish : Doctor brand or equivalent. Make of Copper flexible wire : Plaza/Finolex/Kalinga Notes : (i) Other spares shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch ‘A’. (ii) Old burnt wire shall be contractor’s property and necessary credit shall be recovered as per credit schedule. (iii) All repair/rewinding work will be carried out in MES Store yard/work shop only and mark the CA No with repair/rewinding date on the fan before handing over to the department and maintain the proper handing/taking record with date. Any fan repair/rewinding by contractor and found defective within waranty period i.e one year from the date of repair/rewinding the contractor will repair/ rewinding the same without any extra cost. (iv) Contractor will return the fan after rewinding and testing within 4 days from the date of taken over, if not a panelty @ rate of Rs 50/ fan per day will be charged.

Spray painting of ceiling fan complete with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (white) after taking down from the position, cleaning, washing , rubbing including filling cavities with filler etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Capacitor AC 220/230 volts 2.5 / 3.0 mfd fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed. MAKE : USHA / EPCOS/HAVELLS

All as per item 9 here-in-before but 4 mfd.

Stepped type fan regulator flush type on the exisiting laminated sheet as required, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Step type modular fan regulator 02 module, 120 watts , fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Ball bearing No. 6202 fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed. Make : NBC /SKF (bearing with 8 balls shall only be used)

Fan blades (Set ot three) for 1200mm sweep ceiling fan made out of Aluminium suitable for any make with existing colour for one ceiiling fan with set of screws fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed. MAKE : BAJAJ/USHA/CROMPTON GREAVE/SKN

Fan blades (Set ot three) for 1400mm sweep ceiling fan made out of Aluminium suitable for any make with existing colour for one ceiiling fan with set of screws fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed. MAKE : BAJAJ/USHA/CROMPTON GREAVE/SKN

Louver shutter of metal body for exhaust fan complete suitable for 300-380mm sweep including fixing with nuts, bolts and washer, fixed as in repair compelte all as specified and directed. MAKE : KHAITAN/USHA/Crompton Greave

15mm down rod of length 45cm made out of heavy grade M. S. pipe with necessary threading at both ends, holes as required painted to match with existing colour with hanging clamp for ceiling fan 1200/ 1400mm sweep fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

15mm down rod of length 60cm made out of heavy grade M. S. pipe with necessary threading at both ends, holes as required painted to match with existing colour with hanging clamp for ceiling fan 1200/ 1400mm sweep fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

15mm down rod of length 90cm made out of heavy grade M. S. pipe with necessary threading at both ends, holes as required painted to match with existing colour with hanging clamp for ceiling fan 1200/ 1400mm sweep fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old rusted frame of exhaust fan of 380/ 400mm sweep, supply and fix new frame of same capacity with MS flats of suitable size with nuts, bolts and washer as required at site complete all as speicifed and directed.
