Thorough cleaning of moss and other deposits Sqm from the inner surface of walls/floors of swimming pools by proper bushing with required bleaching powder including repairing of walls if any with cement mortar (1:2) mixed with CICO or similar water proofing compound @ 1.5 Kg./Bag of cement (All materials required for cleaning, tools and plants are to be supplied by Contractor except cement. Repairing Hand Tube Well: Major repairing for Each one hand tube well of any dia of pipe found defunctioning due to internal disturb such as full brass strainer / Linner cut, washer (Rubber cut), check valve washer cut, G.I. pipe one piece 10 ft. long may cracked, non-return check valve (1.25" x 6") may be slipped. All are underground immersed work. In that case by using m/cs & plant suction pipe to be taken out and the parts which is damaged that should be replaced. All the materials and labours, cement, sand, machineries to be supplied by the contractor. After repairing the tube well released/old materials to be deposited to SSE(W)/WD store with contractors transport, loading & unloading. It also includes minor repair of floor surrounding of tube well by using G.F.(1:2:4)/ smooth cement plaster (1:3). The agency has to acknowledge the site Engineer regarding full running the tube well after major repairing work etc.

Cleaning wells of different internal dia from Each 1.05 to 3.30 m dia including bailing out water and dredging upto original bottom level of wells. Well surface to be cleaned by applying wire after spraying bleaching powder. Rate includes also providing scaffolding/shuttering etc for repair inside wall with bricks, concrete, smooth cement plaster (1:3) etc. Complete the work in all respect (Labour, machineries, other materials to be supplied by contractor).

Loading carrying and delivery of drinking Day water through water tanker/essential duty of minimum capacity 3000 litres with one driver & one un-skilled labour with suitable length of pipe and tullu pump, should be available during 24x7 hours basis minimum 3 trips or more as required (per day) at different location in CLW township. Failing the service within One hours will be subject for penalty of Rs. 1000/- per trip. Drinking water should be collected from SSE(W)/WD office water point.

Through cleaning and repairs of sewer line in Metre S.W. of Hume pipe including of M/Hole or inspection chamber at any depth or height with contractor labour, tools and plants and water flushing etc. complete in all respect. The cleaning materials to be disposed nearly low lying areas as instruction of Engineer, the rate also included the executing of earth for exposing the sewer line cleaning the jungles, collar or hume pipe are to be repaired by providing wire netting with concrete (1:2:4). The cleaning sewer lines are to be maintained properly upto 6-month work. (For the payment manhole to be measured in running metre along the sewer line) (Labour and Material accept cement): (b) Above 300 mm to 900 mm dia.

Thorough cleaning of moss from inner surface Each of contact tank of capacity 6,00,000 gallon by proper brushing with required quantity of bleaching powder and removal of sludge from contact tank and connecting channel at Filter House etc. complete in all respect. (All arrangements are to be made by the contractor including providing pumps required for dewatering as well as cleaning purpose). Water supply should not be disturbed and works are to be carried out as per programme made by the section-in-charge. No electricity will be provided by the Railway Administration. (Each Time).

Thorough cleaning of moss from inner surface Each of walls, floors, channels and steel plates etc of coagulation/flocculation tank/circular clarifier of capacity upto 1,50,000 gallons by proper brushing with required quantity of bleaching powder and removal of sludge from circular clarifier including channels at top etc. complete in all respect. (All arrangements are to be made by the contractor including providing pumps required for dewatering as well as cleaning purpose). Water supply should not be disturbed and works are to be carried out as per programme made by the section-in-charge. No electricity will be provided by the Railway Administration. (Each Time).

Cutting & clearing jungle, bushes including Sqm removal of cut materials with lead up to 2 km minimum twice a year period at an interval of 04 months or as directed by Engineer at site. First the cutting of jungle, grass, bushes & thorns etc. to be done within 02 months after issue of letter of acceptance. The payment will be done after every operation (1/3rd stipulated rate). Note: No need basis jungle cutting to be done as directed by SSE(W) without any extra charge.

Supplying, providing & fixing the Vacuum Each Regulator, 4kg/hr for post chlorination system with all fitting complete in all respect. Total 5146212.38
