Rendering day to day repair and maintenance of Water Supply, Sewerage, Civil repair and Sanitary Installations of BSNL Buildings and Staff quarters under jurisdiction of BSNL Civil Sub Division-I, Jaipur.

Engaging plumber (Av) for attending all day to day maintenance complaints of plumbing & sanitary items / water supply installations etc complete excluding the cost of materials but including cost of washers, nails, clamps, screws , M-seal, taplon, drill machine, bit etc. and all lead & lift etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The material required for maintenance shall be arranged at site by the agency and will be paid separately. For the purpose of attending day to day complaints, one plumber should be available daily and one log book has to be maintained by the staff of contractor duly verified by SDO/JTO(Civil) on daily basis as a proof of attending complaints. (One job will be defined / consists execution of all above items for all required / working days in a month). Cost of all T&P like washers, nails, clamps, screws, M-seal, taplon, drill machine, bit, ladder etc. including 0.50 HP Electric motor for developing water pressure to clean chowakage in GI pipe line if required etc. for attending the work, shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid separately.The material required for attending the complaints shall be arranged by the contractor at site and paid under sub head of "supply of material " of the agreement.

Engaging helper /beldar for attending day to day maintenance jobs.(One job will be defined /consists execution of all items for the working days as well as on holidays as when required in a month) & for plumbing job and for other misscellaneous works such as cleaning roof, cutting bushes, grass etc. including the total cost of ladder, tagari, phawra etc. for all jobs.

Engaging Mason (II) as and when required on call basis (whole day) for day to day repair work like plaster, flooring, masonry work etc. (Trowel, chisel, tagari, ladder, road drilling machine and other tools as required etc. will be provided by the agency .)

Engaging seweman for attending day to day complaint of chocking / blocking of drainage and sewerage items such open drain, nahani trap, gully trap, and manholes out/ inside the quarters/ building complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge i/c required Acid, bamboo, cleaning rod, ladder, rope etc, will be provided by the agencey.
