VRF Outdoor Unit (HEAT PUMP TYPE) Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioning of imported modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R 410 A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. VRF unit and compressor shall be of same OEM make. Latest BEE guideline for AC system/ECBC/GRIHA/AHRI whichever guidelines is more stringent shall be followed based on GRIHA star rating requirement of building. The VRF units shall be able to deliver 100% capacities at AHRI conditions till ambient temperature of 39 deg C. For improvement in efficiency other than ISEER value, the VRF units will with minimum COP of 3.5 at 100% load at AHRI conditions in heating. The VRF outdoor unit shall have operating range from 0 deg C to 50 deg C in cooling mode & -20 Deg C to 15 Deg C in heating mode and the OEM shall submit catalogue for VRF unit, mentioning the same. In case of one IDU fails or stops working for any reason during the running of the system, the VRF System must have provision or capability to by pass so that the whole circuit should not get affected.The unit shall be complete individual controller and fittings with necessary wiring, connection & termination, painted MS frame for outdoor unit, cowl for ODU etc.Capacity of ODUs as following

The unit shall have automatic force shut down provision in case of fire on receiveing signal from BMS System.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of Main centralized controller with advanced technology (Touch Screen type/Push Button type) uitable for groups of indoor units to be installed for control (BMS Compatible). All required accessories (hardware and software) to be provided for BMS connection. Controller shall have software for automation (ON/OFF, scheduling, lock/unlock, temperature setting, error detection) of entire system, all indoor units add monitoring of corresponding outdoor units from one central location. Controller should be BMS (like Bacnet, Lan works, Modbus) compatible. It must show the status of all indoor units along with outdoor unit. All required accessories (hardware and software) to be provided for BMS connection. Controller should capable to provide all detail like Fail safe logic. ON/OFF sequencing. Central controller complete with necessary hardware, accessories etc. shall be provided for controlling all the IDUs& ODUs with 15% spare.

REFRIGERANT PIPING Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation ,nitrogen flushing during brazing and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRV/VRF system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with EPDM Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required .Pressure testing to be done at 1.5 times the working pressure.Piping vaccumiazation ,nitrogen flushing during brazing and Nitrogen testing to be done by contractor and price for the same to be included.Thickness of pipes should be as per VRF manufacturer's recommendation.

DUCT ACOUSTIC LINING:- Supplying and fixing of 15mm thick of Acoustic Insulation Inside the Duct with Nitrile Rubber open cell foam with Density 140 - 180 Kg/m3 & shall be fibre free. The material shall have a thermal conductivity not exceeding 0.047 W/m.K @ 20 Deg. C & shall conform to Class 1 rating for surface spread of Flame in accordance to BS 476 Part 7. The insulation shall pass Air Erosion Resistance Test in accordance to ASTM Standard C 1071-05 (section 12.7), from an independent testing agency & should have built-in Ultra-Fresh Anti-Microbial Protection, and should pass Fungi Resistance as per ASTM G21 & Bacterial resistance as per ASTM 2180. To be applied using Adhesive.

DUCT THERMAL INSULATION Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class "O") insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required.Duct shall be Al foiled mat finished closed cell Elastomeric Nitrile Rubber of Thermal conductivity of the insulation material shall not exceed 0.037 W/m°K at an average temperature of 20 degree C. Density of the nitrile rubber shall be 40-60 Kg/m3. The product shall have temperature range of -40 degree C to 105 degree C. The insulation material shall be fire rated for Class 0 as per BS 476 Part 6 : 1989 for fire propagation test and for Class 1 as per BS 476 Part 7, 1987 for surface spread of flame test. Water vapour permeability shall be not less than 0.024 per inch i.e. μ>7000: Water vapour diffusion resistance).
