Renovation works to the Education section at corporation main office in ward no 82 Central Zone

1.Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing weldedor bolted typeusingMSchannels, angles, plates and round bars etc conforming to IS specification including primer coatingandenamal paintingas per Design given by the departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification

2.Paving the floor with Vitrified tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

3.Providing Wall Panelling using one side teak wood sheet with melamine polishing with following specification. The frame using aluminium tubular section of size 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick fixing horizontally and vertically in position with wall at interval of 0.60m in both diretions, fixing water proof plywood of 12mm thick over the aluminium frame work with necessary screws. One side teak wood sheet of 3.5mm thick will be fixed over the plywood using fevical and finishing with melamine polishing and the rate inclusive of conveyance to site and labour charges and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, OST sheet and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work etc., complete

4.Supply and fixing in position 12mm thick plywood for wall partitions using nuts and bolts in MS angles by making necessary drilling and cutting using special tools and labour .the material should be fire weather and termite resistant and to be good sound insulting materials,dimensionally stable,possess a smooth surface with good workability and chemically stable and in accordance with BS 476-fire test on building materials and structures part 6,7 & clasiified as a class O building board with class I surface spread of flame and including cost of transporting loading unloading and finishing as directed by departmental officers

5.Supply and providing false ceiling arrangements using 12.5 mm tk tapered edge Gypsm Board False ceiling confirming to IS 2095 including providing and fixing of frame work made up of special sections power pressed from MS Sheet and Galvanised Zinc Coating 600 micron as per IS 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm tk.with flanges of 12 mm and 37 mm providing and fixing at all height false ceiling of at 1200 mm c/c on flanges to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 40 mm long with 6 mm dia bolts to the hanger of 25 mm x 25 mm 5mm of required length and other end of angle hanger being fixed with nuts and bolts to G.I. Channels 45 mm x 15 mm x 0.90 mm running at the rate of 1200 mm c/c to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm tk. bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having clips of 10.5 at 450 mm c/c shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I Channel with connected clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I.Wire at every junction including fixing the gypsm board with ceiling section and perimeter channels5 mm tk. 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long,theperimeter of ceiling fixed to wall /partitions with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm c/c with 25 mm long drive -all screws at 230 mm intervals including jointing and fixing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the Gupsum Board with recommented filler,paper tapes,Finisher as per manufactures specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fitting ,Grills Diffusers,cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed all complete as per drawings and specification and direction of th departmental officers .(excluding cost of paintnig)

6.Providing Cornice Work for Gyp Board False Ceiling as per the direction of th departmental officers

7.Providing Cup-board Shutter with frame using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer befoe use on work.

8.Supply and fixing of Doors Using 32mm flush door,1mm laminate on either sides, First quality Teak wood trimmings, Brass Oxidized hinges, Tower bolt,Lock,Handle,Door stopper, with Door closer Teak wood surface is stained and finished in semi glossy melamine etc, complete as per standard specifications

9.Supply and clamping of 4 x 6 sq.mm. PVC LTUG armoured cable on post or on wall with MS clamps

10.Supply and Run of 4 of 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 2.5 sq.mm copper wire with painting of suitable colour.

11.Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC light point / fan point.

12.Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 5A flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point

13.Wiring with 2 x 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 15A 3 pin flush type non inter locking wall socket with 15A flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC power plug point

14.Supply, installation and termination of Data points and LNA cabling and other required CAT6 UTP cables and Optical fiber cables along with accessories as per instruction of departmental officers including all cost etc complete.

15.Supply and fixing of 4 way Horizontal Triple pole and neutral MCB sheet steel enclosure distribution board with double door (metal) with 1 no. 32A 4P MCB switch as incoming and 12 nos. 6A to 32A SP MCB as outgoing on wall with earth connection onl

16.Supply and Fixing of 18 watts LED Surface Panel light fittings ISI made with standard specification including all cost etc; complete

17.Supply and Fixing of 6 watts LED Panel light fittings with Led bulb of ISI made with standard specification including all cost etc; complete

18.Supply and fixing of 750mm wall mounting air circulator fan etc, complete as per standard specifications

19.Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

20.painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

21.Painting the wall with Texture Finish Paint including labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

22.Painting the Wall Two Coats with approved colour Emulsion paint two coats over One Coat of primer over Cement Plastered Wall surfaces etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
