Repairs to domestic type Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant of capacity 50 litres per hour of make HITECH by dismantling and carry out servicing and overhauling and making functional after thoroghly examine / checking all components, inlet and outlet piping system, pressure and activated carbon filters, RO Membrane assembly, booster pump, pressure meter, auto flushing (solenoid valve), automatic ON/OFF, indicators and anti scalant dosing system etc and replacement of spare parts/ components viz. 80 GPD Membrane, filter set, adopter, motor, solenoid valve, and pipe coupling set and testing for its performance complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) 80 GPD Membrane, filter set, adopter, motor, solenoid valve shall be measured and paid separately as Supply only. (ii) Labour charges for replacement of items under supply only are deemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor.

Repairs to industrial type Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant of capacity 500 litres per hour of make Eureka Forbes by dismantling the plant and carrying out servicing and overhauling and making functional after thoroghly examine / checking all components, inlet and outlet piping system, pressure sand filter and activated carbon filters, RO Membrane assembly, microprocessor based control unit, electronic single phase starter unit, high pressure pump set, anti scalant dosing system and pressure switch etc and replacement of spare parts / components viz digital type electronic single phase pump starter unit, micron cartridge, PVC coupling set, Antiscaling liquid and pipe coupling set and testing for its performance complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) digital type electronic single phase pump starter unit, micron cartridge, PVC coupling set, Antiscaling liquid and pipe coupling set shall be measured and paid separately as Supply only. (ii) Labour charges for replacement of items under supply only are deemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor.

Testing of water for bacteriological test and chemical test to ascertain the potability of drinking water by carrying out physical parameters and chemical parameters such as colour, odour, turbidity, PH value, TDS, Hardness, Alkalinity, Residual free chlorine, chloride, Sulphate, Nitrate, Fluoride, Iron, Zinc, Calcium, Magnesium, Phenolic compound, Total coliform, E.coil etc. The testing of shall be carried out from the Government Laboratory or any licensed / authorised laboratory and test report to be submitted by the contractor. Note :- The cost of testing and transport are deemed to be included in quoted rate by the contractor

Supply, installation, testing and commissinoning LT panel board suitable for working on 3 phase ,4 wire ,415 volts, AC ,50Hz ,outdoor type, cubicle, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation made out of 3.2 mm thick CRCA sheet and suitable sized angle iron and flat duly powder coated and shall be CPRI approved and as approved by GE.Panel shall have front and rear opening,locking arrangement, cable alleys, bus bar chamber and switch gear compartment ,hinged door with rubber gasket, bottom cable entry holes for incoming and out going cables, earthing terminals, affix danger notice plate,aluminium bus bar duly covered with heat shrink sleeves colour coaded duly fixed on DMC/SMC insulators, aluminium strip connection from bus bar to outgoing MCCBs and copper conductor cable of adequate size for MCBs, housed in a separate bus bar chamber and control wiring adequate size and length outgoing MCCBs shall have extended bus bar links and mounted on 50x50x5mm size MS angle iron frame duly painted including PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation design subject to approval of GE as per site requirement.
